1. The location is so strategic. Nearby to KB Mall & many other good spots. Easy access to eatery too. 2. Easy check in & check out. 3. Helpful,kind, considerate & responsible owner. He/She managed to get me an additional free parking spot for my 2nd car (otherwise need to pay rm30/night). 4. Extra mattresses are provided (per request) 5. The room is clean & the pool is superbly cool. 6. Water filter (Cuckoo Brand) is provided.

Troika has been the choice of place to stay whenever i'm in Kelantan due to its location in the middle of town. For this particular homestay, it was nicely decorated, clean and comfortable. View was nice too. Recommended for staycation for small group.

Location-wise, level where unit is located and ammenities provided is perfect. Just need to level up on your cleaniness especially: 1. Toilet walls, please scrub the slimy grubs away. 2. Replace new batteries for your fan remotes especially the one @ living area. No batteries and the back cover is missing. 3. Please wipe off the dust and spiderwebs in all of your cabinets and drawers. 4. Need to vacuum and scrub carpet. Noticed the red stain on it and some items left underneath the sofa. (Suspected by previous renter) 5. Please replace new bulb for standing lamp at living room. It's empty. Safety wise: 1)Please add on hazard sticker at the sides of your shower area plus anti slip foot rug. It is rather slippery and a few of us nearly lost our balances during the stay. Better still, add on one mini handrail just in case. 2) It is better to seal the bed's middle part iron leg with a sponge. Accidentally kicked it twice. 3) Please inform Management to get their cleaners to sweep the main corridors leading to your unit. Much needed as it is very dusty. May you able to accept my feedback positively and improvise. I wish you for better success at this business. Jia You!
