Cute little flat with great views! The pool was amazing. They were flexible with our Check-out time although they were booked for the next night - much appreciated.

“Superb Homestay experience”

This Homestay is located at the luxury apartment tower block which has cafe, restaurant and grocery shop on the ground floor. It is situated at a good location. It has a swimming pool on the 6th floor. accessible from 7am to 11pm. However there is no locker provided and you need to bring your own towel. The gym is not for the Homestay guests. Checkin instruction is provided on the day itself for instruction on how to pick up the access card key from the key coded box. .There is also a dedicated parking lot on the third floor for the guest and the barrier access using the same access card. The room is spacious enough for a couple. It is very clean, nice fragrance and has a flatscreen TV with local channels. You need your own Netflix account to use it. There are aircon and ceiling fan each in the living and bedroom. The apartment is on 33rd floor and has a River view.. There are three lifts which is not very fast but reasonable speed. The small open spaced kitchen has a portable fridge and hot & cold water dispenser, breakfast bar and a microwave. Only plates and bowls are provided. There are plenty of eateries within walking distance. The bathroom.is spacious and comes with good rain shower. One needs to switch the heater for the hot water. The bedroom has a double bed with comfortable pillows and mattress. Two clean towels plus praying mat and qiblat direction are also provided. There is also a small cubicle next to the bathroom used as a smoking room complete with an ashtray instead of for the laundry. Overall I thoroughly enjoyed my three nights stay. Host is easily contactable via phone and whatsapp. I have made suggestions to the host to install towel rail inside the bathroom and change the silver coded key to a more easily readable type. The rate for this apartment is reasonable.

I request for early check in, and host was very kind and send me the key. The unit is very clean and feels like home. Everything provided. It’s good place for couple, not for big family.

Excellent. Fully furnished and equipped room. The host gave a clear instructions for check in. I would come to this specific apartment again next time.

Good location, lots of food eateries and Emart downstairs, host very kind and responsive. View from the house is beautiful, facing river area where you can see sunset when the weather is nice. Overall, a great experience and worthwhile stay. TQVM to the host.
