Perfect location in the centre of Kota Bharu and many shops downstairs. It’s easy to get into building area and the instructions given are quite location. It is nearby Pasar Siti Khadijah, Bazar Tok Guru, KB Mall and many other places.

The building where the apartment is located is nice. It's has few restaurants on ground level, and a nice infinity pool at the 6th floor. The apartment is huge, kitchen has everything that could be useful for self catering, beds are comfortable. Experience was good.

The place is really clean and suitable for family. Provision of water dispenser is really helpful so that we don't need to buy and carry the heavy bottles. Apartment is also very comfortable and well maintained. Thank you for the great experience. We will definitely come and stay there again if we are coming to Kota Bahru.

The location is just beside the road. Somehow, the rooms barely can hear the noise from the road, maybe due to the owner already changed to the soundproof window. Only need to ensure the toilet window also be closed during sleep time to ensure no noise. There's one day the power trip happened, and the owner takes immediate action to come and fix the problem. It was during fasting month, which we truly appreciated his effectiveness. Overall, the stay is great, with all the amenities available, which is truly no hassle. For checking in & and out, just follow the instructions given, and this will not get things wrong. Would really come back to this homestay if going back to KB again.
