Good basic hotel for a night stop. As a family of 5 we found a good family room with two king size beds. Beds are comfortable, AC works and the room and bathroom is quite modern. They don't offer breakfast but they own a café just on the ground floor of the hotel. Besides, they also have a laundry service which worked perfectly for us. The place was quite, but it is near a mosque so you can hear the call for the morning prayer at 5 AM, although not a problem for us. The staff is very kind and helped us in everything we needed.

“Room 3701”
The room was nice and clean with comfortable beds and spacious balcony. Check in and out were brief and easy too. Enough parking spot and extra safety as access card was required to enter the premise.

Spent a couple of nights, while diving in area with Big Fin. Good value for money very comfortable rooms and found goos place to eat in the area

Clean room and toilet, helpful and friendly staff. Its safe too since we need entry card to unlock the gate.

“2nd time”
This is 2nd time I stay here. I would say this is among the best hotel in Kota Belud. You can refer my previous review and rating. Nothing changed much.

It was at the centre of KB which is very convenient to restaurants and shops and the staffs are very friendly overall it was clean
