Although it is very centrally located for Koszalin, it is very quiet. A large, spacious and bright apartment for Koszalin. Very tastefully decorated. It is very clean and completely hygienic. It is very enjoyable to drink the owner's free coffee on the balcony, especially at sunset. It is an activity where you want to stay in the moment. Despite my language problem, there is a host who communicates very well and is always ready to help. The owner is very friendly, enterprising and generous. He does the rental business with great pleasure, excitement and care. He shows great respect and care for both his apartment and his customers. You will find everything you need in this house. He sent us off with gifts. It is impossible to forget him and the amazing design, comfort and cleanliness of this apartment.

“Exceeded expectations- Amazing place !”
- Amazing location - The most friendly host - Very clean, spacious, bright apartment equipped with everything you need to have a comfortable stay. - Complimentary selection on Japanese teas, coffee, bottles of water and sweets - very comfortable bed - toiletries in the bathroom - easy check in and great communication I highly recommend this place and we would stay there again.

I would like to recommend this apartment to everyone! They have everything you need for a stay! Everything is new and clean. The owner, a wonderful person, is always ready to answer any of your questions and solve them. Stayed there for 5 weeks, cleaning is done regularly and to a high standard. Will always choose these apartments and recommend them to my friends and colleagues!
