“Never again.”
The area is full of drunk guys being loud. Not sure if they stay at the place, but we could hear loud people (as in drunk) walking up and down the stairs. I was a bit concerned for our safety.

“Nice place but maybe not for light sleepers.”
Next to the rear entrance to the station (steps only) . Modern appearance ,very clean and tidy. Nice buffet breakfast.

Everything was perfect. The staff was really friendly and helpful. Very spacious, comfortable and quiet room. The breakfast was excellent and the staff were nice enough to provide some gluten free bread and waffles (I had asked in advance, not sure if they would have this regularly!). Also loved the railway-inspired design. Will definitely go back to Apartamentowiec Kuźniar on my next trip to Kostrzyn.

1st breakfast very good : 2nd not so much - hot food was cool no juice etc Much more precise directions via the railway station tunnel & stairs would help greatly

“Avoid until they get their mess together.”
The designs of the table and stairs is extremely cool if you like industrial design and/or anything trains/railroad. Internet/wifi was good. There was a desk, but also a table with two chairs. Breakfast was OK. Cooked sausage, not baked. Bread a bit old. Mozzarella/Tomatoes and salami were tasty.
