Overview
Located in the centre of Kössen and surrounded by mountains, Gästehaus Rottenspacher offers rooms with balconies and free WiFi. Hiking and cross-country ski tours are offered at the guest house. The traditionally furnished rooms feature cable TV, a bathroom with hairdryer, and a seating area. A sauna, fitness room and sun bed are available. Guests can also relax in sun loungers on the terrace or in the garden. Bathrobes and slippers can be rented at the reception. Guests of the Rottenspacher can play table tennis and rent bicycles. In summer, free electric bicycles are available (subject to availability). The garden includes a children’s playground. A rich breakfast buffet including homemade jams is served every morning. From 15:00, a coffee machine providing a selection of coffee and tea specialities and in winter, free cakes and sweet snacks are offered. Half-board is offered in cooperation with a restaurant in the centre, just a short walk away. Gästehaus Rottenspacher offers a pick-up and drop-off service from Kufstein Train Station. The free ski bus stops nearby.

Nice small hotel, private and familiar atmosphere, close to village center but quiet, nice view especially from the upper floors. Absolutely recommended!

“Excellent Hotel in a great location in the Village.”
We skied mainly towards St Johan & Ski Welt areas - so the location was great 30 min drive to the lifts. Breakfast was good always enough choice. Herbert was helpful and we had no issues during our stay.

“Nice holiday place, recommended.”
Quiet location with very nice surrounding landscape and great view of the mountains - Kaisergebirge. Nice and polite staff.
