“A mesmerizing stay with spotless rooms, amazing service, and a breathtaking mountain view we didn't want to leave.”
The resort management and organization are outstanding. The location is wonderful—it feels like you are living right in the mountains, surrounded by peaceful silence and waking up to birds singing, yet the central street of Zakopane is just a 10–12 minute drive away. A huge thank you to the chef, Tetiana—her generosity, individual approach, rich breakfasts, and wide variety of fresh food made our mornings perfect. The cleanliness is absolutely spotless; you could literally walk around in white socks without a trace of dirt. Apartment #31 is incredibly cozy, beautifully designed, and features a mesmerizing, unforgettable balcony view of Mount Giewont. Additionally, the team went above and beyond to help organize a perfect birthday surprise (roses and prosecco) delivered straight to our door. A big bonus was the smooth check-in with no deposit complications.

“Stunning property. The most amazing staff member in Beata, and I would highly recommend this place to anybody.”
The property is beautiful. Everything is clean, fresh, and modern. The hot tubs, sauna, and steam room are really well kept and clean and are a fantastic addition to the property. It’s in a good location. We got UBER Ski to go to and from the slopes and it would cost around £11 each trip - good value. Everywhere we went in an UBER always came in around that price; even the local taxis are about the same. The staff are amazing, especially Beata. I left my bag at a restaurant at the top of the funicular but it was too late to go back and get it as the funicular and Resturant had closed by the time I’d got back to the property and realised I’d left it. We were getting picked up to go to the airport at 7am the next morning, so it was too early to go back and get it, so I had to fly back to England without my bag. I contacted Beata and asked if she could contact the Resturant to see if they had it. The Resturant don’t answer e-mails nor do they have a phone number, so Beata drove to the Resturant after finishing work and found the bag for me! Beata absolutely did not need to do this, especially in personal time, but did it regardless. And now, my bag has been organised to be shipped back to me, all dealt with by Beata. Beata, thank you once again for all of your amazing help. I am so grateful.

The hotel is new, staff is nice, nice views from the windows. We liked the outdoor jacuzzi, sauna. The hotel has clean, comfortably furnished rooms with all necessary amenities.

We really enjoyed our stay in Tatra Resort & SPA. The nearest ski slopes are 5 minutes away. The facilities are excellent, and we especially enjoyed the outdoor sauna and jacuzzi. The breakfast includes a variety of foods. The communication with staff was perfect. Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable!

Breakfast was superb, with a delicious selection on offer. Hot tubs and sauna were wonderful. Excellent Mountain View’s from our room and from the breakfast room.

“A very clean and comfortable hotel, with great facilities in a beautiful location.”
Our room was very well appointed with quality materials and finishes. The view from the room and terrace was fantastic. We enjoyed the hot tubs and sauna each night. It was never too busy and the temperature was perfect. Plenty of towels and robes. We didn’t have a car and it was walking distance to the Polana Szymoszkowa slope. It was a 30 min walk to the fernicular to Gubalowka, then return via Butorowy Wierch chair lift which was only a few minutes walk from the hotel.

We had a wonderful stay! The atmosphere was so relaxing, with a beautiful view of the mountains. Breakfast was delicious, the location was perfect, and our room (No. 10) was very comfortable and clean. Highly recommended! 🌄✨
