I felt like home at this hotel. The staff was friendly and nice, breakfast was delicious. Tried the pool area as well. It was nice to see so many families with kids and even dogs there. Would definitely stay again.

Excellent hotel! Breakfasts are delicious and varied. The spa area was a great surprise—a large pool and jacuzzi. I would like to mention the lifeguard and worker Vova separately. He was very polite and professionally prepared a dry sauna for us! I am sure that we will return to this wonderful hotel.

The views of the Tatra Mountains from the Gubałówka area are breathtaking. However, you need to leave the hotel to fully enjoy them. It’s a great starting point for beautiful hiking trails. Yes, the buildings are quite new. The interior is quite tasteful, but you can often notice signs of wear and tear. Unfortunately, we expected a little bit more from a hotel with a rating of 9.

Room was very small, couldn't open the bathroom door properly as was next to a bed. It was like half meter between the bad and the bathroom.

The arabic kids upstairs kept running around being loud and rowdy until about 1am. Staff didn’t do anything. Also shampoo and other toiletries were missing in my room. The pillows that they gave me were extremely uncomfortable and caused a severe neck pain the next morning.

Excellent location, very clean. Extremely comfortable wellness area that is accessible from all of the houses through an underground corridor, without the need to go outdoors. Great breakfast. Ideal place for relaxing and recharging.

It was a holiday. We were 2 adults and 2 children. I paid as comfort. In fact we were given a room 2*2 where there is no space even between the beds and with a small window. In the hotel lived us and a couple of people. But at the reception we were put in the farthest building. And I with 11 month old baby had to go to breakfast and spa either through the car park where the air temperature is 8 degrees or through the street. There were no changing rooms and no hair dryer in the spa. We had to lead the children with wet heads through the cold.And the main building where everything is located was empty. The crockery and highchair were dirty when we came for breakfast. There was no cleaning in the room. Suitcases we at check-in and check-out also no one helped us to take away. No lift for prams and suitcases. When we evicted from the room at 10.58 and put some things in the car. The door was closed. And then at 11.02 we could not enter the building and the room, because the key was blocked. I stood outside for 20 minutes so that someone from the reception came and helped me open the door but no one came. There is no view around the hotel as shown in the photo. I tried to find something good about this hotel, but I couldn't. Each time it got worse and worse. I do not advise anyone to stay there.
