I informed the hotel staff from the moment of my arrival that I would like to cancel the second night of my stay. Due to the Champions League final, the hotel occupancy in the area was extremely high, so it was clear that the rooms would be resold. Despite my request and additional contact from Booking.com on my behalf, the hotel staff refused to cancel the second night. Their main argument was that the reservation had been made through Booking.com. I handed over the room key cards for safekeeping and continued my stay in the area. Later in the evening, when I asked for the rooms to be prepared – based on the hotel manager’s earlier statement that the reservation could not be canceled – I was informed that our rooms had already been resold. As a result, I received neither the rooms nor a refund.

A great hotel with modern design and the latest technology. The rooms are very clean, high-quality, and inviting. The breakfast buffet is lovingly prepared and offers a great selection. All staff members were consistently friendly and attentive. A big plus: there is a Greek restaurant on the ground floor with excellent food. Highly recommended!

The breakfast had everything one would expect. The room was tidy and ready. When I made the booking I sent a message to the property with a personal request and I immediately received an answer from the manager that it was granted... At the check in the lady there (I believe her name is Mariam) was very helpful and made the whole process easier... I needed some information and the night receptionist (Brahim) was also very helpful and eager to assist. In a word, the staff really would go the extra mile to make your stay with no hassle.

Room was really spacious and clean. Food in restaurant was tasty.

Breakfast was very good, planty of choices. Coffee was average. Big advantage was the restaurant. Delicious food. However, we have to wait almost 2 hours (in the room) for the table. I understand, it was Saturday and this restaurant was popular (what means people value it high). Anyway, the staff was very kind and helpful, they did their best. Nice restaurant.

Helpful staff speaking beautiful English, comfortable rooms

Travlelling by car from Kiel to Italy and stayed here overnight. Close to both the Autobahn and a Tesla Supercharger. Great experience.
