“Warm, inviting and worth coming back for”
Oh my gosh, what a superb little property ( stairs not withstanding ) it was a lovely place to stay with a very good location to the centre. The Host, Thomas, must be one of the most incredible hosts I have ever encountered. Nothing too small or too inconvenient - you ask and Thomas was onto it. Did I mention the Sauna next to my bedroom … if you live a sauna then ask dir bedroom 3. It’s literally the next room.

“Felt like home”
I really appreciated the warm welcoming and support of the host Thomas. I felt like home! The house is super cozy and refurbished, in the room you can find anything you might need and if something is missing, Thomas is always available to help and provide for everything. Breakfast as well was great and very complete. I will come back for sure if I ever happen to stay again in Kortrijk.

“A really good option for Kortrijk”
Indeed Thomas is a great host, very open and talkative and it plays an important role. He did make my life easy, by providing parking space just outside the hotel. The "hotel" is in reality a large house, where Thoma lives with his family. Nevertheless, the rooms are freshly and tastefully renovated and there is a feeling of high quality to everything. Same for the breakfast, choice is limited, but quality is excellent which is what matters (at least to me). The location is very convenient, just 3 minutes walk from the center of the city (which is beautiful). Lastly, the price is good, compared with the other options in Kortrijk

“Wonderful stay, looking forward to visiting again!”
We had a wonderful stay. Thomas was so friendly & helpful. The facilities were amazing. Gorgeous room & en suite. Tastefully decorated. Lovely breakfast. Fresh eggs & coffee made for us by Thomas. Great location, central for everything.

“Cozy, professional, beautiful rooms, quiet and friendly!”
B&B Intilia is a new business in Kortrijk with three beautiful and comfortable rooms. The green room (my recommendation) comes with both a bath and a shower, and a large window that offers natural light and provides a view of an old chestnut tree. The B&B manager, Thomas, is kind and helpful. The breakfast comes with eggs and omelets on request, alongside a small buffet of delicious buns and croissants, fresh fruit, ham and a variety of cheeses, and spreads. Super nice B&B at walking distance from the Kortrijk train station!

The place is absolutely amazing! The room was very spatious and spotless. The breakfast was great and the breakfast room had a great atmosphere. Thomas is also a fantastic host and made me feel like at home. Thank you for a wonderful stay! If ever again in Kortrijk, I will be back at the B&B Intilia for sure!
