Unfortunately I have to say that this is a cockroach farm with not small specimens, they constantly burn the lights in the rooms and you can't really rest, they threw it out after half a day and wanted to charge me for two days even though I reported it in time that there was a mistake, I mixed things up, I thought I was going to fly during the day, but both times I flew at night and I said I'm not going to pay for two days for four hours of sleep and then I stayed in the room for maybe 14 hours. I reported my cat within 24 hours. In the end I paid 169 dollars for my couple of hours stay. The renovations are all over the place..everything is really ruined..

“Great stay close to the airport”
This place is fantastic and definitely exceeded my expectations! You get free pick up and drop off to the airport. The room and bathroom were super clean, the bed is comfy, the AC works great and you have good WiFi throughout the hotel. The grounds were very well kept as well as the pools, all clean and beautifully liked with palm trees. The staff was incredibly attentive, kind, and helpful. The view from the restaurant is very nice and you see the ocean in the background. The food was very good and all freshly made on the spot. Sure, the building is a bit old and the furniture in the rooms may be a bit outdated but the stay is wonderful and with great views, food and staff, which more than make up for it.

Veryyyyy close to airport, I arrived at 1:30 am , after a 22 hour flight, I had an excellent personal pickup for no extra charge & felt very safe. Front desk are so amazing, answered all my questions, and very knowledgeable and informative

Choosing this hotel was the best thing we could have done! The best staff I have ever had the pleasure to meet, we were helped in every aspect. great swimming pool, for me the location is great, quiet, a bit from the center of Koror! I recommend it to anyone going to Palau! When I come back, I will only go there!
