“Wonderful!!”

I had a wonderful stay at Timaq’s place ! Despite the freezing temperatures outside (around minus 3°C), the house was incredibly warm and cozy, making it the perfect escape. The view was absolutely stunning, adding to the overall charm of the place. We were also impressed by the thoughtful welcome touches: a bottle of wine, a delicious panettone, fresh bananas, and a cute fridge magnet—such a lovely gesture! The host was extremely helpful and accommodating, taking care of everything we needed with great attention and kindness. Overall, it was a perfect experience, and I’d highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a comfortable, well-equipped, and welcoming retreat.

The view from the balcony was amazing and the apartment was very clean and comfortable. There was even christmas decoration. And the owner was very nice and helpful with recommendations for the city :)

Very clean place. We had a very good time in Rooftop privé. The rooftop was 3 minutes from the center by walking, perfect.

We had an amazing stay at this apartment with my friends. The location is fantastic, just a short walk from the city center, and there’s free public parking nearby. The apartment was exceptionally clean, beautifully designed, and had stunning views of Korçë. Every detail was thoughtfully organized. The host was great with communication and had snacks, water, juice, coffee, and tea ready for us when we arrived, which was a lovely touch since we got in late. We also found a beautiful souvenir left for us with the snacks, and there were books with suggestions on what to visit in Korçë, which was super helpful. Highly recommended!

Easy walk to centre. Fabulous apartment equipped like you would have at home. Fruit, snacks and drinks left for us to use and a small gift. Top speck fittings throughout and fabulous views of Korca. Owner did send video with check in and location details however we missed the poor signage to the correct turning. Typical of Albania . Not having data roaming we were stuck , A taxi driver phoned the owner to give him our location and he kindly came to find us and guided us to the property. Superb service.

I loved everything about it! The instructions to find it were prepared extremely well! The host was friendly, welcoming and easy to contact. The welcome gift add extra points :) The apartment itself was nicely done, the interior was pleasant, very comfortable beds, great view from the balcony. It was a total pleasure to stay there. Shame we stayed there only one night!

“Gorgeous apartment in a great location in pretty, walkable Korce”

The property is located about a 5 minute walk from the Bazzar area where there are many restaurants and cafes. There is a supermarket less than 5 minutes away and the pedestrian area and church are not more than a 15 minute walk. We found parking outside the apartment on the street easily. The apartment is spacious, clean and very nicely furnished. It feels very homely and comfortable. Great views of the town and mountains. The kitchen is well stocked and the hosts kindly gave us some yummy treats and good wine. The hosts are very helpful and great at communication. Check in was easy. I recommend this property as a great place to stay while exploring Korce.

We arrived on the apartment before the check-in and the host was more than available. We have booked the apartment for 4 person, but the other two person do not come. So we were only 2. Since we are only 2, The host told as not to pay all the price, and he made a discount, not to pay the apartment with the price that we have booked for 4 person.. In our booking wasn’t included the breakfast, but the host has left a lot of things to eat there.
