The hotel features beautiful and well-designed rooms. The 5th-floor restaurant offers a wonderful view of the city. Also, a few staff members were very polite and helpful.

“Overall good experience”
The location (central, overlooking the cathedral) and views from the top-floor restaurant are brilliant. The staff are friendly and helpful (special mention for all the receptionists, Mikena especially for speaking very good English!) and the place generally has a nice atmosphere. The decor is interesting/unusual, beds are comfortable and everything seems clean. The shower is hot and quite powerful. We chose this place specifically for the spa facilities, which were nice, but with a couple of areas for improvement. The best part was the relaxing massage we received from Abi(? - not sure of spelling), one of our best spa treatments ever! Late checkout time (11am) is a plus and the breakfast was delicious.
