“A good hotel, have stayed three times!”

This is the third time that we have stayed at this hotel. It’s in the middle of this small town with parking spaces at the back. I have given feedback before so suffice to say this hotel is absolutely fine, there is a nice bar downstairs with a limited menu, but there are also a couple of restaurants within a 5 minute walk including O’leary’s sports bar. I would stay again.

The hotel was excellent value for money, clean and comfortable. The staff were helpful and friendly. Lovely view from our room of the river and the town square.

Breakfast was good, enough choice, ladies manning the kitchen were very helpful. The pub is good and serves meals-not a huge menu but there’s enough to choose from.

We are very happy we stayed at the Bishops Arms. We had been to the pub many times and this time when visiting family we had to book a hotel, this was the obvious choice. Easy to park outside (but you need a parking disc!) or park at the back of the hotel. Clean rooms, quiet, and very comfortable beds. Breakfast was good, mainly continental, but plenty of choice and served from 0630. The pub serves hot meals, a small meny but there’s something for everyone and we found it very handy just to go down in the bar for a drink and something to eat when we had had a tiring day. Another couple of restaurants are literally a 4/5 minute walk. Köping is a small town but has a small high street, a bank and shops. Our only adverse feedback was that on dark Swedish winter afternoon/evenings we found the lighting in the room too dim. There was no ceiling lights and the side lights were not strong enough.

Breakfast was great. There were a lot of different options to chose from. I appreciated that the breakfast opened early but it could probably have been open a bit longer than 9 am on the weekdays.

Nice, clean and welcome place to stay! I was really happy that I chose this place for our family to stay. 👨‍👩‍👦🎊🤗 Room was nicely clean, big and as in pic. Great atmosphere, tasty breakfast!! Only the best recommendations ❤️ Big thanks for everything during our stay 💕

Friendly, helpful welcoming people. Excellent variations on the usual “pub menu” - very well cooked and presented.

Comfortable & clean (air conditioning, WiFi, very quiet). Excellent value for money @75€ per night.

“Comfortable stay”

A very quiet and comfortable stay. Cosy tasteful rooms. Centrally located. Really nice pub to enjoy dinner and a drink. Good breakfast in the morning too.
