“Beautiful property, well maintained and looked after, so much thought has went into the decor”
Property has everything you need. The villa is beautifully decorated and well maintained, so many thoughtful and homely features, that makes you feel so relaxed after a long dat of sightseeing. The owner Teja met us upon arrival and was very welcoming and shared her knowledge of the region. There is so much to see and do! Again such a beautiful property!

Every detail in the house was put there with love. Whole place has great energy. Views are beautiful. House has the cot for babies as well with perfect linen. Sound isolation is very good. All in all one great house I dare to say home. Hope to come back again in this lifetime

“Perfect place for a all-year-round stay with family and friends!”
The house was great and spacious. It’s a 100 year old traditional home with so many small details from the past, but still modern and beautiful. Kitchen is fully equipped, beds are comfortable, bathroom is new and perfect. Backyard is amazing to spend a sunny day outside and enjoy nature and silence. Just around the house, you can see the port of Koper and the sea. Closeness to Trieste, Venice, Koper, Piran… are providing more than enough choices to spend your holiday traveling knowing that you will be back to this beautiful jewel. Hosts were amazing! Very polite, provided a lot of information about the house and the surrounding area, very responsive to our messages. So happy that we had a chance to meet them and spend time in their family home 💛 Can’t wait to come again 💛

Authentic house on good location, fully modernised with good taste. 15min drive downhill to village. Spacious and nice view over the valley.
