Ideal location for my family spending time in Slovenia (hiking, touring , sightseeing and seaside leasure). Helpful young personel speaking many languages. Perfect air-conditioning. Nice local restaurants nearby.

Property is clean, nicely organized rooms with good parking. Kitchen is shared but its clean and well equipped so you can make anything you want. Staff is really friendly and helpful.

“Simple and honest accomodation”

As far as student dorms go, this was very good accomodation. Staff was very kind, explained everything. Property has parking that I would say is actually very spacious. Did we expect "wow"? No. Were we happy with the stay? Yes. These apartments are perfect if you plan just to sleep there and be out for the day, which is what we did.

After what we saw in Ljubljana, we didn’t have high expectations, so upon arrival we were actually positively surprised. The rooms were freshly renovated (you can still smell the renovation), very clean, and equipped with air conditioning. I’m not sure what the non–air-conditioned rooms are like, but ours fully met our expectations.

Access to the communal kitchen Downnthe corridor, air conditioning, plenty of storage, 2 beds, free and se ure parking.

The room was clean and well equiped. You can even cook in the small kitchen in the room. The private free parking was also good for us as we came with car.

Very friendly staff and comfortable room. I stayed for two nights, the room had very good AC, and beds. The location is little further away of the centre, but it wasn't a problem. Nice outside launge for evening chill with a nice view.

Maybe too expensive for a room with no AC...

This is a student accommodation, so no breakfast, lobby or any other facilities. Cleanliness was good, but small bathroom and no kitchenette in the room. Parking got full by the evening, so cannot count on that.

“University student housing”

Kind staff, well -equipped, nice bathroom, fridge, a lot of closets, room and tables spacious enough, free parking on the premises (Slovenian students are lucky!). The possibility to feel like a Slovenian student for a few days :)))

“Not bad”

The staff was nice and helpful. The coffee machine, ac and the kitchen were all good. The kitchen was better than we expected. You can cook anything you want. The kitchen utensils are all there clean and tidy on the condition that you leave it so🙂. The closed parking opportunity was also safe. The location was calm and quiet not far from city beaches, which are all the time crowded. I recommend you go very very early in the morning. Catch the sun rise and enjoy the calm and quiet beach...
