“Wonderful vacation”

Exceptional staff both at the reception and in the restaurant. The waiters were always friendly, helpful, and a pleasure to talk to. They are very kind and wonderful people. It was clear that they genuinely cared about doing their job well. The reception managers assisted us with everything. Even the hotel manager, despite being very serious, was extremely helpful. Thank you very much! Since we were traveling with a small child and there was no stove in the room, they kindly provided one upon our request. Convenient parking. The food in the restaurant was delicious. We are very satisfied.

This is nice small hotel with clean and cozy spa. Very good location only 5km from the ski slopes. The bus stops front of the hotel. They have nice restaurant with delicious w and very polite staff. The massage that Snejana makes is absolutely fantastic. She also offer me a face treatment - absolutely amazing.

It is located just 4 km away from the first ski lift. The room is clean and comfortable. The property offers a good breakfast. And at the end there is a spa zone which can be used for relax after whole day skiing

New and clean hotel. Room was very spacious and clean, view from balcony was spectacular! Staff were very friendly especially to our kids, the guys in the restaurant were very kind. Pool was great and not crowded at all, kids enjoyed it! Food in the restaurant was great! Location is also good, the ski bus passes in front of the hotel at a specific time and there is 15 min drive to the ski lifts. Overall 10/10 experience, we will be back for sure!

We stayed for 5 nights in the hotel, not in the apartments. The hotel is clean, cozy, warm in the rooms. The rooms are spacious and bright. Cleaning is on request or every 2-3 days. If you need anything you can let the front desk know and it will be taken care of immediately, this was in our case. Staff both hotel and restaurant very friendly. The food in the morning is swedish buffet but diversified and tasty, in the evening for those who have half board, there is a la carte from a menu preselected by the restaurant staff, but there are sufficient and tasty choices. The hotel spa is not very big but it fulfills the necessary conditions for relaxation after a day of skiing. The hotel is about 6 km away from the ski slopes, but you can easily reach it by private car or there is an hourly bus service which stops right in front of the hotel.

Floor heating was good. The personell knew English and was very friendly especially towards kids.

It's about 15 mins from the ski center (by car). Facilities are new, there is a small SPA with pool and saunas. Staff is friendly and helpfull.

“Disaster”

Cleanliness is very questionable—improvisation in its entirety. Staff not trained. The quality of the food is low. There is no organization. Nature is beautiful, but they have managed to spoil everything else.

Very nice hotel for families. Comfortable and calm. Tasty breakfast.

Great hotel. The restaurant was very good although dinner had kind of limited choices. Breakfast was excellent for skiers. They should serve it a little earlier for those who want to be first on the slopes. Spa and wellness area were excellent. It s a ten minute drive from the main ski lifts, but you can leave your equipment at a rental shop near the slopes free of charge.
