The staff was very nice and heartwarming, the food was exceptional, everyone were very nice and wanted to show us everything around. The spa is very well equipped and it works till late. Our stay was amazing

The spa and jacuzzi outside was👌. You can buy ski pass from the hotel, which is very convenient, and the terrains are right next to the hotel.

We liked everything!!!! The villa was spacious, comfortable, very well furnished! The beds were very comfortable, and the living area gave us the feeling that we were at home! The staff was responsive and friendly, they helped with our every wish! The breakfast and dinner were at the level of a restaurant with at least two MICHELIN stars!!!!! I highly recommend visiting!!!!

We loved the staff. Everyone there went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable, they were super responsive, kind and welcoming. They were very patient and polite even with guests who did not behave half decent. By far they are the best impression of our stay. Also, location is great if you come for skiing. The food was amazingn - the dinner buffet was diverse and creative, offering new options every day.

Everything! Staff - when the check out should be done they let us stay more hours :) and they also were very kind. conditions - clean!!! Beautiful and good taste. Location - near the slopes so you don't need to carry the ski equipment, variety of food (breakfast and dinner) Coffee maker in the room

Location is exceptional. Room was spacious and we had access to the shared balcony. Buffet was small but extremely tasty.

The most glorious experience iin Rtanj Kopaonik is the horse riding tour with Milance and Lazara. Highly recommended for beginners and for experienced riders. The horse tour on Kopaonik is something that I’m returning every summer ❤️ Unique experience

“Super staff, clean big cosy rooms, amazing spa, great hospitality !!!”

We had a wonderful time with great staff. The manager Alexander made our stay super comfortable. Diana, Maria and all front desk staff was so nice. Ski, horse riding we enjoyed our stay so much. Excellent food in the breakfast and dinner. He offered Serbian delicious wines in the evenings. Rooms are big, bright and clean. Spa is amazing, hot sauna, steam room, indoor pool and jakuzi is what you need after a cold ski day. The most important is when you have any problem, staff is super helpful to solve in a minute. Hotel has a slope just in front of it so you are directly connected to ski slopes. First day we could not use that slope and Alexander arranged the hotel minibus to drive us to the center and bring back us free. It was so nice of them. You can buy skipass in the hotel. You can rent your equipment from the hotel. All are for reasonable prices. When we are leaving they gave us local paste Ajvar and home made marmalade as present :)) We left with great memories... super nice!!! definitaly recommend here to stay and looking forward to come back next year. thank you so much for your great hospitality !!!

This was my first time in Kopaonik and I feel so lucky to find the right hotel the first time. The room is clean and comfortable, food is so good, the staff is amazing, the manager is so kind and generous, he always helped us. It was easy to buy ski pass and to rent ski equipments from the hotel. The spa is new, clean and relaxing.I and my friends enjoyed the whole time we stayed.I highly recommend with no doubt. I will definitely stay again in Rtanj next year.

My recent getaway to Hotel Rtanj left me utterly impressed. Tucked away in the serene beauty of Kopaonik, this hotel boasts an unbeatable location, offering breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains and easy access to nearby attractions. I highly recommend the à la carte restaurant Odžaklija. The food was superbly delicious, and the ambiance was amazing.
