⚠️ Important Warning – Be Careful with Payment I made a reservation at this hotel through Booking, but they did not allow me to pay via Booking. Instead, after the reservation, they sent me a separate payment link through their own website and asked me to complete the payment within 24 hours, even though my stay was still about 20–25 days away. A few days after making the payment, my entire family tested positive for COVID, so I had to cancel the reservation. If I had paid through Booking, I would have been eligible for a refund under Booking’s COVID policies. However, since the payment was taken through the hotel’s own website, they refused to issue any refund at all, despite being informed of the situation and providing health-related reasons. I find this approach extremely unfair and not customer-oriented. ❗ My advice: If you are considering this hotel, do not make any payments outside of Booking. Otherwise, you will not be protected by Booking’s policies in any way. This was a very negative experience for me, and therefore I do not recommend this hotel.
