“An Exceptional 5-Star Experience – True Hospitality!”
The property is of much higher quality than it appears in the photos on Booking. Everything was at the highest level: spotless cleanliness, fully equipped kitchen, and all the personal care products you could need. The apartments are spacious, the location is superb, and the view is breathtaking. The hosts are absolutely exceptional! We were a group of 10 people and, despite our different tastes, every single one of us was perfectly satisfied. The host provided everything we needed for a barbecue and went above and beyond to help us with skiing logistics. They didn't just give us information about parking and equipment rentals—they actually came with us personally to make sure we were well taken care of. Communication was lightning-fast; the host responded to every request immediately. We highly recommend this place and will definitely return! It was truly a masterclass in hospitality.

“Amazing hosts”
The hosts were amazing throughout our stay. We did not have a car to go to the ski resort but the hosts were very happy to help us offering us rides to the ski resort every day and back. They also helped us arrange snowboarding equipment and lessons at a very good price. The apartment is cozy with 3 beds and a small kitchen where you can cook. A fantastic stay at Vila Zubovic.

“Super location in Kopaonik.”
Excellent communication with the hosts before and during the stay. The room had everything we needed, was warm and comfortable and had a very nice view over the resort. Our hosts were helping us with indications regarding ski rentals and restaurants and they have offered us home made pastries as a surprise in one of the evenings. The villa has its own parking places - something to take in consideration in Kopaonik.

We were really pleased by our stay here. The room is spacious, clean and comfortable. The room had everything you need for cooking. Great view from the terrace. And last but not least, I can't remember more friendly and helpful hosts from my experience.
