in the heart of Kopaonik with good access to everything, it was well maintained small apartment.

“Good apartment very close to the slopes”

Nice little apartment for our ski trip. Very close to the slopes and central area (within 5 minute walk you get restaurants, supermarkets, ski rental shops etc). Apartment came with toiletries (it was a 2-in-1 shower and shampoo), towels, bathrobes and slippers. Water pressure is very good. Little kitchen had pots and pans and everything you need for a quick meal. There’s also cleaning everyday. You can also do your laundry for a small price (even though we didn’t try).

From our apartment we could hear the mountain river and see woods and the top of the mountain. the two supermarkets were two minutes away and staff available at reception at any time for any questions. beds were very comfortable. I had been working throughout our stay and wifi was excellent. Our car was secure in the garage. Most importantly the staff made us feel very welcome and we felt very welcomed.

“Moldy rooms”

There was mold in the room underneath the wallpaper on the entire wall from the bathroom facing the living room. The manger was very rude when I pointed this out and blamed the problem on me and said I should leave the facilities if I didn't like it. They failed to give me another room that was not contaminated, as the bathroom tiles and funky smell gave it away. I have never experienced such a disrespectful treatment and lack of service in all my years of traveling.

The studio was in a new very modern building, well equipped, with a very nice design and in a very good location, close to restaurants, attractions and the slopes (if you come during winter season). The man at the reception was very helpful showing us to the underground parking space and the room.

Spacious studio with a huge, comfy bed and a minimal kitchen area. Great sound isolation — despite having a family with an infant next door, we didn’t hear a single cry.

First of all they are only facility which are only adapt for disabled persons
