“Horrible”
We have booked accommodation in the booking system for two adults and one 11-year-old child. When we arrived at the apartment, it was ready for two people (one bed, two pillows and one narrow blanket). After contacting the host and reminding him that the apartment was also booked for a child, the host refused to cooperate and offer a solution to the situation. We were in a foreign country, late in the evening with a child and had no accommodation. The host made no effort to resolve the situation. We didn't stay in the apartment, we left to find another place. The host refused to refund the money for the unsuitable apartment. This was the first horrible experience, a breach of contract, a violation of the contract and of the rights of the child. This situation is not even about the money to be refunded, it is about respect, empathy and awareness, which, unfortunately, was not present in our case.

“So comfortable! Perfect 🤩”
We loved it. Apartment was absolutely stunning! Clean and comfortable. In the city centre of konin town, easy to find. No problems with parking. Would we come back again? Yes!! Definitely a big fat yes! Ps. Walking distance to misz masz pub was a bonus 😊
