“Lack of Responsibility and Guest Care!!!”
I paid for my stay in full, but the hotel also blocked over €200 on my card without explanation. My first email to the hotel was ignored, and only after writing directly to the manager did I receive a short reply. He confirmed that the money was on hold and promised to resolve the situation, but I never received any further updates from him. I had to contact my bank myself to find out how to get my money back, and only after 35 days the amount was automatically released, as the hotel made no effort to return it earlier. This situation caused me great discomfort and left a very negative impression. The hotel staff showed no genuine interest in helping to resolve the issue and demonstrated a careless and unprofessional attitude towards their guest.
