“A beautiful hotel with lovely friendly atmosphere.”
The room was large, comfortable and beautifully furnished. It was very clean and well equipped. The evening meal in the restaurant was fantastic, and the breakfast as excellent, with a huge selection. It was lovely that our dog was welcomed, even in the restaurant. The place had a very cosy, friendly feeling, with two nice tabby cats in the reception area! Lovely location, the village is exceptionally beautiful.

We expected something more substantial for breakfast. The evening meal was good and the location is great, nice and quiet. The decor is a bit outdated but it was fine for one night. this was our second time here and both times we enjoyed it.

This is a wonderful place to stay. Peaceful, quiet, in a picturesque village. The room was spacious and had comfortable beds and armchairs. The restaurant beautifully furnished and decorated. The access from the nearby motorway is easy. Breakfast was very good and the lady who welcomed us was very nice. Also the man we talked on the phone on the arrival was very helpful.

“A go-to place for future requirements”
Friendliness of owner and staff. We're delayed for our scheduled check-in and when the code for the key box didn't match the owner was very responsive when contacted mid evening. Next morning I was referred to a place where I could do a 2 hour video call in peace and quiet for no extra charge. I was even offered coffee during my call

“Lovely!”
An absolutely lovely place to stay! Friendly personal, big clean room, simlpe but very nicely decorated, comfotable bathroom with all the facilities. Everything looks solid and new. A very good restaurant with old furniture and decoration. The various breakfast was served perfectly on time. 2 lovely cats make you feel at home)

“The stuff of fairy tales!”
For those looking for a fairytale experience, this hotel is for you. Not only is the German architecture from a bygone era, the hotel itself is located in a picturesque village decorated in wintry, festive style in preparation for Christmastime. The hotel staff were absolutely lovely both in welcoming their foreign visitors and supporting us every step of the way. The continental buffet filled our stomachs and set us up perfectly for the day ahead. Will definitely return should we ever come this way again.
