Some staff were good but some were very bad and not trustworthy. British rep name Bera is the typical one. We booked the taxi from him while he was at Hotel. Once we requested to drop off to Local Town but he made us to drop off at his own shop. We booked a transport for airport drop off at 05:30 am on the last day but transport didn’t arrive till 05:50 and we ended up getting another taxi.

1. Hard-Working Staff – The biggest praise goes to the staff. They work incredibly hard in difficult conditions, and they deserve 5 stars for their effort and patience. 2. Children’s Area in the Main Restaurant – A brilliant idea! Kids can enjoy their own space while parents eat. 3. Kids’ Facilities – Fantastic children’s park, play area, zipline, and wooden adventure structures. The pool with slides is clean and well maintained. 4. Entertainment – Similar to most resorts in Turkey — nothing exceptional but nothing bad either. Kids and adults both had fun. 5. Good Location for Our Room – We were lucky to get a spot near the pool, which made things easier. Good size of room. 6. Lovely Beach – The beach is very pleasant, with small pebbles mixed with sand — a nice combination. No big rocks. Sea and pool water were warm and inviting.

My family and I really enjoyed the wide variety of activities available on site, which meant we didn’t need to go out or spend extra money. Everything was thoughtfully organized, and each area was well set up to offer its own unique experience.

Cleaning lady was absolutely amazing. We stayed in building 900, and she was gold. She made us towelgami (origami but with towels) every day: bears, swans, all kinds of animals. Clearly, this lady is losing her artistic talent here in that hotel. I see big potential! I liked the distance between the dormitory and the beach! It made me fit! I did not use the beach bus but walked all the way through zillion times in these 12 days! So, the combo with the little green pickled pepper they serve for dinner (highly recommended) brings your digestion and metabolism to high standards! I have never visited the WC that many times in my entire life! I guess I cleaned up my body dramatically!

It was a great mistake to choose this hotel. Rooms are not the ones they show on Booking, our room was old with no renovation made and the furniture was all worn off. The restaurant is being poorly managed and is obviously not suitable for such an amount of tourists: we had to stand in long queues for 10 minutes at least for literally everything any time we went to eat. The beach bus never follows the timetable. The worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at.

The hotel is a bit dated but provides wonderful service for a very affordable price. Cleanliness and friendliness of the staff. An amasing view of the sea from the rock on which the hotel is located. We were greeted and sent away with a smile on the face of the receptionist Furkan. It made our stay especially pleasant

We’ve stayed at many hotels in the area, and The Senza Garden Holiday Club Hotel stands out as one of the best in terms of value and experience. The sea view from our room and the restaurant was breathtaking. The hotel is very clean, the food was consistently good, and the swimming areas were perfect for relaxing. We originally booked a short stay but ended up extending several times because we were so impressed. A big thank you to Mehmet and the Front Office Manager for their outstanding service, and to Guest Relations, who were always friendly, helpful, and welcoming. Highly recommended—we’ll definitely be back!

Yes, price benefit perfect

Senza Garden was really enjoyable stay. Food was delicious and always fresh, pancakes for breakfast were the best we ever had. Restaurant has stunning views since hotel sits on a beautiful cliff. We received probably one of the best room in the entire resort, with a breathtaking sea view(many thanks for that). Special thanks also to Hakan from restaurant, who was kind and professional and housekeeping lady from 701-714 rooms who has made our stay even more enjoyable.

Amazing beach-always free from big waves due to its position. The Aquapark kids were very happy for. Three big slides. Sauna is also just perfect. Food is everywhere and always-on the beach, near aquarpark,near pool! The quality of food is great. We have also experienced national food and snacks. Always fresh, a lot to choose from. The restaurant is making a big national night every week and it is fashionating. Must be experienced. Sea view in the restaurant is also beautiful. The food in the restaurant is not the same every day. We were not tired of it after a week. 💫💫💫💫💫 and very polite staff who does everything for you to have a good experience. We had a room with great sea view and sunset. It could not be better. Table tennis, tennis cort, basketball etc - you won't be bored if you can find time for it all. Training center outside had everything we needed. We would come again and strongly recommend!
