Very few places which makes you think why homestays are better than hotels. Perfect location, perfect stay and most importantly such a lovely host. The place is situated hardly 20 mins from ljubljana city center. Every tourist place in Slovenia is at very convenient distance so this place was a base for our entire trip. Ela, the host is such a lovely lady. Very cooperative and understanding. The rooms were cozy and clean with all kitchen amenities with a grocery store nearby. There is enough parking space for car. If you are travelling with kids then I highly recommend this place. The host is very great with kids. Also kids would love pets. Thank you for making us feel at home.

We absolutely loved our stay at Ela’s Apartment. It was a perfect mix of work and pleasure. The first few days were work related and having our own kitchen for breakfast and late night snacks made it so convenient. The apartment was spotless, the beds were very comfortable, and the WiFi was fast and reliable. We prepared our own breakfast every morning and the kitchen had everything we needed. The location was ideal, peaceful yet close to Ljubljana, and easy to reach many sights with our rental car.

Ela is an amazing host! She is so welcoming, that we didn‘t want to leave her place anymore. The location is really good and only a short drive to the regional sights. Perfect to hike! The kitchen had everything we needed. The apartment has a great size and it is really nice and quiet. We also loved the view from the balcony and its size.

Everything was perfect and exceeded our expectations. The apartment was quiet and cosy- well-equipped with beautiful view. Ela is very great person, very kind and attentive. The location of the apartment also good, most frequented places in Slovenia is close, max 1 hour with car. We loved and enjoyed all of days what we spent in Slovenia and in Ela's apartment. We loved our stay with Ela, it was honestly far beyond our expectations. First of all, Ela is one of the most welcoming and genuine hosts we've ever encountered on our travels. She made us feel right at home. As for the apartment, it was just great for a family of four - clean and had everything we needed. Two spacious bedrooms with wardrobes, comfortable beds and bedding, fully equipped kitchen with a dining table for four, a beautiful bathroom with working spa bathtub and all sorts of equipment you might need during your stay - towels of course, hairdryer, scissors, plasters and bandages, etc. The location is in a quiet and lovely village and we thought it was a great base to enjoy calm and go on a few trips in the mountains - Logar Valley and Velika Planina, great hikes there (a car is a must for that though). Speaking of a car, Ela also provided a parking spot for us. All in all - the accomodation is great but it's Ela who made it special for us, děkujeme! :)
