Location is excellent, accomodation is great value for money. We didn't need to be there before closing of reception at 4pm, we were able to pick up the key from a box on the wall by the entrance.

The accommodation is very clean and comfortable. It is based in Komárno city centre, very close to all amenities. Staff are very approachable, friendly, kind and helpful. It is a homely environment. I become a regular customer here because I am always well looked after by staff. I always enjoy staying here. Reception and Housekeeping staff are very caring and kind towards me. I appreciate their help and support during all my stays.

Clean, spacious. college rooms, 2 rooms share 1 bathroom and toilet. It was all we needed, right in the center. Parking right outside. It fullfilled our needs.

From my own experience, all hotel areas, including my room, were both very clean, what I appreciated, as I always enjoy staying in a clean accommodation. All the staff at the hotel, including the reception lady, the cleaner and the administrator lady were very approachable, helpful and friendly, and if I needed something, they were more then happy to assist me. Everything was perfectly working in my room, what is very important to me, as when I go somewhere for a holiday, I don't want to be dealing with an unexpected issues, so as everything was working well, I could fully enjoy my holiday, what was practical and helpful for me, as I was busy during my holiday doing various things. My room was always warm, and the heating was always working. The shower was nice and hot with a strong pressure, what I have enjoyed. The fringe in my room was working well, so I could use it for my food, the bed was very comfortable, including the lovely large pillow and the warm duvet. I also enjoyed the nice view from my window. The hotel was nice and quiet, what was lovely, and the separate kitchen, were I could make my coffee was also practical, including practical recycling bins. The coffee and the snack machines downstairs in the hallway were practical. Everything was working well, therefore no any issues. The hotel is based in a very good location, as it is in Komarno town centre, therefore it is close to everything, what is good. In general, I had a great time, and if I will return to Komarno, I will definitely use it again. I recommend this hotel to everyone who is happy to stay in around 2 - 3 * type of an accommodation stile, but actually with a 5* level of cleaning, and 5* level of Customer Service, as they care about their customers, and they are making sure, that their customers are happy during their stay. I also would like to state, that I was travelling alone, and I didn't had to share any bathroom or toilet or room with anyone, therefore I had my full privacy.

This is a really great, upscale dormitory-type accommodation, with very good, clean, spatious, pleasant rooms, with big desks - excellent for computer work etc. - fridge, common kitchen, and seems you can even use a washing machine. The location is very good too, near the center and close to the bridge over the Danube. There's good restaurants, bars, cafes nearby, casinos, and a nice park for strolling, relaxing. Wifi is excellent. Staff are very nice and helpful. Excellent value for money.
