Excellent location and a lovely host

The guys there were amazing, they helped us book our tour to the shallah river and did everything within their power to make sure our experience in the region was excellent. Even when we returned afterwards without a stay booked they helped us out. My thanks go out to Sardi because he was an amazing host. I highly recommend them and can’t wait to return!

“Lovely family guest house and super breakfast”

Well located for the Komani ferry. Despite the language barrier our hosts were cery welcoming and offered us a room upgrade so we could use the kitchen to prepare a meal. Superb breakfast too.

The host was super friendly and welcoming, great service! The place was clean and reasonably priced. Swimming possibility in the river down the hill. Host drove us personally to Koman port.

Good starting point for an early boat in Koman Lake next morning. Friendly staff, nice terrace, good breakfast. Rooms and facilities are a bit basic but all right and the airco is good.

The place was like been at home. Big room. Clean. Very tasty dinner and breakfast. The owner help us whit some information and he ride us to the port to get the ship in the lake. The family was very friendly.

It was a perfect place to stay for 1-2 nights and go for a trip to Shala river. Beautiful garden where you can sit down, rest, drink, read a book, etc. We had the same menu for 2 days but it was tasty. Excellent contact with the owner.

Accommodation in the center of the town near the ferry. Delicious breakfast. Exstremely helpful and kind staff. For me the best hotel in all Albania.

“Lovely bed and breakfast stay - perfect location for Komani Lake”

This is a beautiful family run bed and breakfast situated an ideal 3 min drive from the Komani Lake Ferry terminal. If you are coming to stay here, you’ll know that the location is remote, so be sure to arrive in a car that can navigate the undeveloped roads and potholes. The village is small - with one tiny convenience store and 2 restaurants operating in the area. Highly recommend bringing your own snacks / groceries! Especially if you have dietary requirements. Rooms are basic but have everything you need to enjoy your adventures around the area. Great Wi-Fi and they also had a cute puppy when we stayed (May 2025). So grateful to Sardi and his family for hosting us. They were amazing and kind and were more than willing to help us with anything we needed. Having breakfast (2 eggs, cucumber, feta, tomato and toast) each morning was a godsend. Would definitely come back here again! Thank you for having us 🙂

“Good apartment with traditional flair”

The apartment is very close to where boats go to Shala River. The host organized the tickets for us and offered to bring us up the hill because parking up there is not too easy - that was really nice. Breakfast was traditional and delicious.
