“Calm and relaxing stay with wonderful hosts”

The apartment has a lovely shared terrace with beautiful views. Swimming spots and beaches are close by. We loved how calm Kolocep was - there is one store and several restaurants on the island. But the best thing about our stay was the host family - Lukša and Vicky are very nice and kind, and helped us solve some small logistical issues. We got some fresh figs and vegetables from the garden - so delicious! We felt very welcome there - you do not always get such a warm welcome when travelling! Thank you, Lukša and Vicky!

Nice appartment with AC owned by very kind, caring family. The place was very clean with a breathtaking view the terrace. The familly welcomed us with delicious cake, fruits and fresh juice. Lukša provided us with helpful informations and fun facts about the island. The atmosphere was great, we recomend from the bottom of our hearts!

Apartment with a lovely sea view from the terrace. Just a short walk down to the sea or some great cliff paths to watch the sunset. Luksa was a lovely host who made our family feel very welcome. We had fresh produce from the garden and our children got to meet the tortoise! Kolocep is a beautiful island.

“A wonderful place with an amazing sea view”

A wonderful place with an amazing sea view! There’s a great viewpoint just a short walk away, and a shop 2 km from the apartment. In the nearby area, you’ll find 2-3 restaurants. Communication with the host was excellent—he even arranged transport for us from Gruz Port when we arrived at night and brought us groceries for the first day. The terrace with its stunning view was perfect for our morning coffee! We highly recommend this place and thank you for a fantastic holiday :)

We had a wonderful time at Villa Sea Dream. The hospitality of the owners was absolutely wonderful; we felt like we were honored guests. The apartment was cosy and the view from the terrace was really beautiful. We enjoyed every moment on the island; no cars, the nearest beach was litter-free, landscape, sunset and the local people. I wish to return to Villa Sea Dream someday.

We have just returned from a truly wonderful holiday on the beautiful island of Kolocep. The villa Sea Dream apartments are perfectly located and very comfortable with a lovely shared terrace with outdoor eating and cooking facilities, and a stunning sea view. The island is perfect for a restful holiday. It is very beautiful with spectacular views and stunning places to swim. The nearest is just a minute away, and slightly further afield just a few minutes walk, we enjoyed magical early morning swims with Sand Martins swooping overhead, with just a few distant boats as our only companions. From the first moment we were welcomed by the family who are kindness itself. Nothing was too much trouble for them and we enjoyed many happy chats as well as delicious homemade apple strudel made by grandmother Maria, and orange juice from home grown oranges. We were very kindly taken on a tour of the large productive garden to see the different types of olives and organic vegetables. Olive oil and vegetables are available with excellent watermelons there to purchase. We came away with a better understanding of how the climate change is affecting the area. There is an excellent restaurant on the beach, serving lovely fresh local food.

The location of the Villa is wonderful and the view from the patio is outstanding. The host and his family were so friendly and welcoming. Thank you so much to Luksa, Vicki, Kiara, Maria and Ivor. We were provided with delicious cake and cold juice on our arrival and they couldn't do enough for us. We were also given beautiful fresh figs from their garden to enjoy. It is a fantastic place to relax and unwind. The local restaurant is about a five minute walk from the Villa and serves excellent food.

The location is peaceful and scenic with sea views and lovely places to sit and enjoy them. The family are friendly and very helpful and always available to answer any questions or give advice. Lots of lovely home cooked treats appeared during our stay. A lovely spot unspoiled and gorgeous swimming very close by.

“An exceptional villa for a quiet restful holiday”

The Villa Sea Dream on Kolocep was the perfect restful holiday location. The apartment itself was very comfortable for us, a group of 4 friends. It was clean, nicely decorated & perfectly located just a 1 minute walk from the sea. There is a terrace which has an incredible view over the small local harbour and back to the mainland. Me and 3 friends stayed for 4 days at the end of a long cycling trip, and as we arrived one of the hosts Viki offered us juice and home-made cake as a welcome. Viki, Luksa, Marija and the rest of the family took care of us as if we were old friends, bringing us figs, grapes, tomatoes and marmalade during our stay. They are all so friendly and really made us feel at home! There is an exceptional restaurant just at the other end of the harbour, we ended up eating there 3 meals in a row because it was so good. If you want a quiet & peaceful holiday close to the sea - this is the one!

“A relaxing trip on a beautiful island”

The host Luka and his family made us feel very welcome - we had fresh figs daily. The location was fantastic, a couple of minutes walk from a small beach and harbour. Be sure to take provisions into the island of you wish to self cater and arrange with Luka a transfer to the accommodation as it's quite a walk in the heat.

I have stayed at Villa Sea Dream for three weeks in August and it was a perfect relaxation away from large crowds of tourists. Everything was perfect, the apartment has everything you might need. But the hosts went above and beyond, providing their own homemade olive oil, fresh figs from their garden almost every day, tomatoes, homemade fig jam and have even treated me with fish soup and freshly caught fish. I had a great time and felt really like a family member. I highly recommend this place.

We really loved staying in the villa ! Firstly it’s geographic location (close to the best beach of the island, very few tourist in comparison to the other part of the island), the walk to the beach took us 2 or 3 minutes ! Just perfect distance for kids . The apartment had everything we needed, and really enough place to range the clothes , etc. We also appreciated the family that runs the villa, very friendly and kind! We also enjoyed the terrace with the vie you the sea !

Very kind and helpful host!!! Beautiful location close to sandy beach! Very good food in local tavern. The house is located in the area full of mediterranean flora (orange, lemon, pommegranate, lime and fig trees). Very clean apartment equipped with all necesary facilities. Stunning view from the lower terrace. Peacefull area.
