“Comfortable, modern, & well-equipped apartment close to the beach, with swimming pools and a garage”

We stayed in apartment B201, “An apartment with a balcony”. The apartment is very comfortable – it is spacious (certainly for a couple) – 51 sq.m., well thought through in design and amenities, and includes a large bathroom with a shower, cooking/eating area opening into a living room/area, and a separate bedroom with a comfortable bed; also has a storage room. Importantly, there is also a spacious balcony/terrace with armchairs where you can relax and sip coffee or wine. The apartment is filled with advanced (almost luxurious) new home equipment, including two TV sets (one of them is really huge) with many channels, a washing machine, a fridge, a dishwasher, a stove, and a microwave oven combined with a regular oven. It has quality new furniture and is also very nicely decorated with lots of beautiful details, showing excellent taste. It was impeccably clean, and everything looked new and well maintained. Wi-fi is strong and reliable and is included in the price. You feel like staying at friends’ private accommodation rather than in a rented apartment or a hotel. The apartment belongs to a large apartment complex “Nadmorskie tarasy” with several entrances where all apartments are rented to tourists. The complex is divided into a number blocks apparently owned by different landlords. A big advantage of the complex is two swimming pools – a fairly large indoor one (with saunas and two jacuzzi) and a smaller outdoor one on a roof between two blocks – you can also relax there under the sun. The pools are clean, well-maintained and monitored by lifeguards. Also, there are two roof terraces from which you can observe the surroundings. You get access to the pools and terraces by a keycard. Using them is included in the price of the apartment; you don’t need to pay anything extra. We have read complaints by some guests that the pools are often overcrowded. We didn’t encounter this problem – maybe this happens in a colder season.

“Great location and quiet, but some organizational hiccups”

Pleasant accommodation in the city center – excellent location with everything within easy reach. A big plus is the underground parking, although it’s more suitable for smaller cars. We were pleasantly surprised by the quietness, which we didn’t expect in the center. The apartment was clean and even had two balconies, but only one bathroom with a toilet, which can be inconvenient for larger groups.

The location is perfect, just near the promenade on the Baltic sea. We experienced a very warm welcome from our host who gave us a tour and explained everything in detail. Our apartment was beautiful and had all the comfort you can wish for. The swimming pool and sauna area are wonderful. Many restaurants and coffee places are around the corner. We highly recommend this accomodation!

Perfect for children (outdoor and indoor playground and swimming pool) and great location. The flat had everything needed and was very clean.

Excellent placement, two swimming pools, nice kitchen, washing machine - everything works. Good location nearby to the beach - just direct walking through the trees. Zillion of cafe's around, many places for kids... and even trip on military ship is available.
