I was pampered, and I felt important as a customer. Every detail was carefully selected to satisfy every guest. Breakfast was excellent, too. Thank you for letting me check in after 10 pm. Perfect communication with staff, very understanding Lady- Director of this place, who cares about customers and employed the best friendly staff.

It was our second visit to this hotel, after a first time right at the end of the strictest restrictions due to Covid, so we were already quite aware of what to expect, and once again the hotel did not disappoint. The check-in process was fast and very easy, the room very warm and welcoming. This time we could also take full advantage of the continental breakfast (when we stayed here in 2020 there were still some restrictions, unfortunately), which was abundant, high quality and full of options. The position is absolutely perfect to get the best of both worlds in Kolobrzeg - a pleasant walk from the center (that takes app.ly 20 minutes) and right next to the lighthouse and the promenade. 10/10, I will definitely come back once again to this hotel.

The room was clean with a beautiful view of the sea. The receptionist was very nice and helpful. She knew a little English, which made our arrangements easier. The staff was very helpful. We were pleased that they prepared food packages for us on the day of departure because we had missed the paid breakfast due to an early train departure.

No fridge in the room, where in summer everything is hot, no air conditioning, no coffeemaker and wi fi didn’t work, this hotel doesn’t have restaurant, over all for this price I think it’s not good.
