“Wonderfull”

We stayed for 2 nights and had a wonderful experience overall. The location is excellent and very convenient, and the food was delicious. The staff were professional, attentive, and very kind across all departments from housekeeping to restaurant service and spa. We felt truly welcomed and well taken care of throughout our stay. A special thank you for the thoughtful birthday touches, which made our visit even more memorable. We were very satisfied and would definitely recommend this hotel.

The hotel is the best option for a family trip either for skiing or for outdoor activities, as it is located right on the lift. The hotel itself is excellent, on very aspect. This was not our first time, and as always, we enjoyed our stay. The suite is very comfortable for families. We will be back for sure.

Good hotel, above the regional standard. Not cheap, but most conveniently located if you are there to ski. Elegant, modern, natural materials, spacious, practical suites with anything needed including stove, kitchen & cook ware, nespresso machine, balcony with every room, ski room for storing ski equipment

• Staff: Extremely polite and well-trained — something that really stands out in Montenegro. The level of service was consistently professional and attentive. • Staff flexibility: Although children are not officially allowed in the spa area, the staff allowed us to enter with our 5-year-old son. I appreciated this human, situational flexibility — when staff read the moment and adapt. • Breakfast: Very good and varied, with plenty of options. • Pool: Small but pleasant; since we stayed during the week (Wednesday), it was calm and not crowded. • Suite layout: Spacious and well-equipped. The kitchen was very practical, and there was ample wardrobe/storage space, which we really liked.

We stayed at Swissôtel Kolašin and had an excellent experience. The hotel is beautiful, very comfortable, and in a perfect location. Everything was clean, well organized, and truly family-friendly. The food was outstanding, and the service was exceptional. A special highlight of our stay was the hotel director — extremely professional, present, and focused on every detail, which truly reflects in the overall quality of the hotel. The entire staff, from reception to the restaurant team, were polite, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. Highly recommended, and we will definitely come back!
