Nice looking location with train station only around 5-10 minutes away, coin laundry like 5 minutes away the same way and a variety of local restaurants and cafes, the room itself had a nice lived in look to it, everything was clean and there was everything prepared like the trash bins and even some free to use amenities in the shower, lock is a bit tricky to figure out or that was just me but it works like a charm, if I was staying in Tokyo longer and not going to Osaka I would still be renting this room

“MOLD AND DUST”

First of all we had a problem with getting inside our room the instructions shown on email were different than what we were told by phone. We did a phone call and the men who picked up speak only Japanese, even when it was a note wrote in English there... The room was in extremely bad condition, there was dust and mold EVERYWHERE. Windows and door were leaky so it was very cold inside, when we turned on a air-conditioner it was so moldy inside we couldn't breathe. All of the kitchenware was dirty and dusty. There was A LOT of mold in bathroom. At first we thought that as the price is so low we could just clean it, but the final disgust was a fact they didn't wash futons, blankets, pillows or even towels! When we wanted to go to sleep there was HAIR AND SOME CRUMBS under the blanket! There was also blood stain and mold on a futon! After one night there we had a allergy symptoms because of mold and dust. That was the worst night ever. Also we are still waiting for our money back and they don't want to cooperate

I wish they could provide an iron for shared using with other rooms at least. But nevertheless, it was a good stay and the price is reasonable for its services.

Very good value price. Bedroom is very comfy. Big window made nice light every morning and the futon made me slept well every night. AirCon and WiFi are also good.

Terrible. The process for checking in was complicated. Guest who extend their stay do not pay extra cleaning fee. Guests who cancel in advance cannot get refund of cleaning fee. Terrible service. The corporation that manages the property does not care about guests.

It was very good location for me, very good price! The living looked much better in real life than on the pictures. I was there on a business trip and was under a lot of stress, and the owner was very helpful with things you asked for. I am very greatful to have stayed at this hotel and I will book the same everytime I go Tokyo.
