“disappointment”

After checking into the hotel, we initially overlooked several issues: the room was extremely outdated, not particularly clean, and reaching the hotel required a difficult climb after struggling to find a place to park our car. We chose to ignore these inconveniences because of the friendly woman who welcomed us and because the location was acceptable. However, on our last day, Sunday, we encountered problems with our rental car and mobile phone service, which caused us to return for check-out at 12:30 PM instead of the scheduled 12:00 PM. While climbing back up to the hotel, a man whom we believed to be the owner stopped us on the way. He threw his motorcycle helmet on the ground and began shouting aggressively, trembling with anger. He completely forgot that he was running a hotel and that we were paying guests, choosing instead to argue with us in a very rude and hostile manner because of our late check-out. We explained the reasons for the delay and were able to prove them. We also told him that, regardless of the situation, he should have remained polite and professional. Had he simply requested an additional fee for the late check-out, we would have accepted it without objection. In the end, he charged us the extra fee anyway. In summary, with so many cleaner and better-managed hotels available on the island, I would strongly recommend avoiding this one. The owner's behavior revealed his true character at the first sign of inconvenience. Based on the aggression he displayed, I genuinely felt uncomfortable and concerned by the situation.

Giorgos is a great host/owner who is at the hotel around the clock and is very friendly and tries to make guests happy as much as he can. When we asked for an extra bread toaster, he was there 2 min later with brand new one. Check in check out times are also very flexible and there is a nice view from the balcony. AC and wifi works well, all of the furniture is a bit dated but in our opinion this added to the charm except

We use public transport, it was easy to access the hotel also the beaches. Yorgos welcomed us very friendly, helped us, recommended☺️

We loved the garden.

Fabulous location! Less than 5 minutes walk to the main town and Kokkari beaches. Good kitchen facilities - stove top, oven, fridge with mini freezer and cooking pots and utensils. We were able to make some fried eggs for breakfast and a coffee pot. The bedding was comfortable - you're generally so tired from the days out that you pass out anyway. Towels were replenished twice during our 9 night stay which and sheets were changed once - this worked well for us.

The location was great and the personnel was very nice and helpful. The place is very calm. There is a nice area to eat in the shade...

Yorgos was really kind and helpful. The room was quite large with a separate bedroom with a bed for 2 and a sofa bed in the living room. All went fine. It is 2 minutes walk to restaurants and bars. It is located uphill but not a big deal. Arriving by car is a bit tricky and somehow challenging because of the narrow greek streets but nothing to exagerate. The 2nd lower street could be used for access by car instead of the one very front of the hotel. (You can unload or load the luggages down the stairs and carry them by hand in 15 seconds)

Yourgos is a very dedicated and nice host, our studio was clean and well-equiped, nice location near the two beaches of Kokkari.

Excellent stay in the midst of Kokkari, looking out over a beautiful landscape of greenery & the beautiful Aegean Sea. Very comfortable property with everything you could need to have a perfect holiday.

The location of the facility was very good. The rooms had everything we needed.
