“Beautiful resort, perfectly located!!”

We truly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful resort! From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed and given a quick tour, which was very helpful since the resort is quite large. Our bungalow was located higher up and therefore a bit further from the reception, but we were conveniently taken there by ‘golf cart’ upon arrival. The distance was absolutely not an issue for us, as we were able to rent a scooter directly at the resort and drive all the way up to our bungalow and park it there, which was super convenient. We also had a stunning view of the sea and the beautiful surrounding nature. The location was perfect for us as well — just a short scooter ride downhill and we were right in the lively center. Definitely highly recommended!

Was all great , toy and reception staff awesome , free shuttle service to sairee beach and return , sometimes in a golf buggy , great place , also breakfast amazing with the egg station

Rooms were very spacious, very clean and with a modern look. Breakfast was also very good (The fresh omelette station was a highlight).

Super friendly staff that saw our needs before we even realised ourselves. Free buggy around the resort and shuttle to the two beaches. Cleaning every day and the best breakfast we have seen yet at a hotel! They also had free pickup at the pier. All in all and amazing experience!

Beautiful sea view villa with amazing sunset views. Very friendly and helpful staff. The resort is well maintained and surrounded by greenery. Good breakfast buffet with fresh fruits and eggs made to order. Great dive center with its own training pool. Convenient free shuttle from and to the pier. Golf cart service around the resort works very well.

“Excellent hotel well worth the money book a pool room”

We stopped in a pool room and it was fantastic well worth the money so if you can afford to book one! Breakfast was good with lots of choice and very friendly staff. Yes it is at the top of a hill out of the busy area but accessible by the free provided shuttle bus or you can walk it in around 10 minutes. If you have no mobility book it !!!

“Relaxing and comfortable”

We loved the private pool and how spacious and comfortable the room was. Staff were lovely. Was not too far from Sairee beach where all the bars and nightlife is and was a quiet resort.

We were very pleased with the hotel and staff. They were very helpfull and nice, thank you for a pleaasant visit! Rooms were clean and beds very comfy.

“Beautiful resort”

Loved this hotel - absolutely stunning! We stayed here for a couple of nights when visiting Koh Tao and it was a beautiful resort. We had room with pool access which was amazing. It is up quite a steep hill but hotel offers shuttle service to and from the beach; however, the walk isn’t too bad. Rooms were clean, staff were helpful.

We were a group of six people who stayed at The Tarna for one week, and overall we were very happy with our stay. We absolutely loved the breakfast, the friendly and helpful staff, and the shuttle bus service, which was very convenient. Our pool-access rooms were a real highlight and made the stay feel extra special. We also enjoyed exploring the area and found several favorite spots along the road nearby. Koh Tao itself is a fantastic island, it felt authentic and genuinely Thai, which we really appreciated.

The room was lovey, spacious and modern, and the bed was comfy. It was quiet and felt secure. Breakfast was nice and the transfer to/from the ferry port were useful. Location was good - you wouldn’t want to be any further from Sariee Beach.
