Overview
Set in a convenient area of Sairee Beach with views of the mountain ranges and the ocean, Indie Hostel - Koh Tao offers stylish private and dormitory style accommodation. Guests have access to free WiFi throughout the property. The open-air Indie Café and Indie Bar daily serve palatable foods and drinks. With its compact size of about 9 square metres, each room here provides all guests with full comforts and amenities. The dormitory room here features built-in wooden bunk beds with a curtain in each for guests' privacy. Guests staying in bunk beds will have their own personal reading light and a secure locker. The shared bathroom is equipped with a rain head shower and free toiletries. For private style guestrooms, the rooms come in a compact size and are highly secured by key card access. They are fitted with a flat-screen TV and an en suite bathroom with free toiletries. There is a bar located just across the road. Ko Tao is popular for snorkelling and diving. Diving classes and snorkelling tours can be arranged at the front desk with a special discount for the hostel's guests. Mae Haad Pier is 2.3 km from the property, while Mango Bay is 3.9 km away. Sairee Beach and Sai Nuan Beach are 100 metres and 4.4 km respectively from Indie Hostel - Koh Tao. Staff are ready to assist all guests with any requests. Reception break time is 7:30 PM till Midnight, after midnight we have staff stand by at the front desk again

It was a good location, privacy was good and good shelf area. Nice roof terrace with a view. Big bathroom and drying area, also good lockers close to room.

“Great!”
Great staff, we’re so accommodating. The rooms were clean and spacious and the location was great. They also had a rooftop chill area where they had a fridge and free teas and coffees. Inside the dorms were not loud like all the other reviews claim so ignore them.

This was probably one of the nicer places I stayed, in a great location right in the middle of town, beds were comfortable and good amount of privacy. The room was nice and dark and well air conditioned. They have a nice chill area upstairs with a frigid and free biscuits and tea and coffee. Showers were clean so were toilets.
