The beachfront location on Bang Po was beautiful and very peaceful, with lovely sea views and great sunsets. The room was spacious, comfortable and clean, and the staff were friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. The pool and beachfront area were great places to relax, and overall it had a calm, laid-back atmosphere that made it easy to unwind.

We had a wonderful stay with our baby. The staff was incredible. Every single staff member were like family to us, and it broke our hearts when we had to say goodbye after our stay. The area is quiet with a few local restaurants and an incredible cafe (88 artisan bread) close by. Every day started walking out of the breakfast just a few steps down to the beach and five minutes walk to the nearest cafe. Just an incredible experience! The staff went above and beyond in making sure we had everything we needed, they even gave us toys! They also have a nice air conditionined playroom which our baby loved. The breakfast and restaurant is less than 10 meters from the beach and it was a magical experience to eat listening to the calm waves. The hotel has a driver which could take us to various destinations. They even had an infant car seat which was great.

Nice beach and very quiet area. Food was great in the restaurant. The hotel is quite old and the wear and tear is visable. I guess this was a prime hotel 10 years ago.

Everything was perfect, from the check-in process, accommodation, and services provided to the excellent staff. We would like to thank the reception team, the pool bar staff, as well as the housekeeping team for their care and helpfulness. The hotel’s location is ideal for a relaxing holiday, and the staff always went above and beyond to accommodate our needs.

Our stay at The Sea was wonderful. All of the staff were very friendly, helpful and welcoming. The three ladies who we would see at breakfast, Ja, Om and Filmmy, were outstanding and always greeted us with a smile and went above and beyond to make sure we had a great stay. The restaurant for the hotel is also right next to the beach with fabulous views of neighbouring islands. As it was low season the hotel was very quiet which was great for us. The breakfast included with our stay had a great selection and was all freshly prepared for us as we ordered. We had lunch and dinner once during our stay at the hotel and the Thai food was lovely and really good value for money. The location of the hotel was perfect for us and we were able to get to the places we wanted to visit easily. It is a 10-15 minute Grab journey to Fisherman’s Village and the same in the opposite direction to Nathon beach where you can see the sunset. Any excursions we booked included pick up from this hotel too. The room we had was a plunge pool room and the pictures did not do the pool justice as it was a lot bigger than expected. The room was a great size for two of us and the bathroom area was huge. Whilst it is a little dated and tired in places they are renovating the hotel in stages so this will change but also did not impact on our stay. Renovations were taking place during our stay but did not disrupt any part of it. The hotel communicated that the renovations were taking place in advance and offered us a free cocktail each day and 25% off food and non-alcoholic drinks. I also celebrated a birthday whilst staying at The Sea and I was gifted a card, flowers and a wonderful celebration at breakfast which included singing happy birthday and a small cake with candles, a lovely gesture. Great service, great value for money, great location and wonderful staff and we would definitely stay here again.

“Perfect beach getaway with amazing staff”

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We had an amazing 18-day stay at this resort! The location was just perfect, right on the beach, far enough from the busy center to relax, yet only a 15-minute drive if you want to explore. Renting a car was easy, with shops just a short walk from the resort. The restaurant food was very, very good, we ended up eating most of our meals there. The Thai dishes are especially delicious, even more so than the Western ones. They also offer happy hours both at noon and in the afternoon, which we really enjoyed. Right in front of the resort there’s a small grocery store, very convenient for everyday needs. The staff truly make this place special. Everything is spotless, and everyone is extremely kind and welcoming. Special thanks to Sak, Mister A, and the lovely Om for going above and beyond to make our stay memorable. The rooms are renovated and well maintained. I recommend booking the sea-view rooms, not only for the incredible view, but also because they are set further from the road, so you won’t hear any traffic noise. If you’re looking for a place to relax and chill right on the beach, and don’t mind taking a car or taxi when you want to explore the island, this resort is simply perfect.
