More for future travellers: The bungalows are right next to the Hotel M'Pay Bay Hotel. The check in is at M'Pay Bay Hotel. Nice bungalow, located very central next to the main road. We had a lovely stay.

We opted for the budget double room. This property was in a great location, literally right as you get off the pier it’s in front of you right on the beach. The bed was comfy and bathroom was actually very nice compared to a lot of other budget places we’ve stayed. Mosquito net. Communal “balcony” to people watch on the beach and pier was nice. Has a nice restaurant on ground floor.

“Extremely hot with poor circulation and fans not up to the job”

Private room was next to the shared dorm, fans were terrible (we had to take an extra from the dorm as no one was in there), windows didn’t have nets so couldn’t even open windows. Moved from first room as bathroom stank of vomit, 2nd room was about half the size. Room was not cleaned in 4 nights we were there so I was sweeping the floor myself. Barely slept due to the fan issue, staff were friendly enough though. No clue where the bungalows are

“Would not recommend”

The accommodation lost power on multiple occasions so we had no fan in our room to use. This meant it was unbearably hot. The bed was very uncomfortable and only had 2 thin sheets for us to use which were covered in stains. The shower only provided cold water but this was quite nice due to the room being so hot. Wouldn’t recommend

I was moved to the newly finished guesthouse. which was very clean and comfortable.

The rooms are either new or very well maintained. Everything was super clean (clean room, healthy airconditioner etc.) and the staff were super friendly! The location is right in the center, but still it is calm! Restaurant and bar open early and stay open till late, which is nice, since the atmosphere at the beachbar wants you to stick around for a couple more hours. Honestly, one of my best stays in Cambodia!

Great spot on the seafront. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The bungalows are set back from the main building a minute or so up the tiny main street. Bungalow very comfortable and spotlessly clean.
