We stayed at the villa for two weeks and enjoyed every moment. The villa is beautiful, in an excellent location, with a breathtaking view. The owner was amazing and available at all times, gave great recommendations about places in the area, and fulfilled every request we had. “Stunning Koh Phangan stay”

Great spot overlooking the ocean with beautiful sunsets. We were well looked after from Lenny and the Bay villa staff who made us feel right at home. Lenny had our villa well setup and stocked with some lovely touches like complimentary drinks, snacks and fresh fruit upon arrival. The pool was a hit with all of us, our 10 year old spent more time in the pool than out. Lots of lovely restaurants and a mini mart within a few mins walk, and the beach a short walk away as well.

It was immaculate and had a real “wow” factor. The view from the pool was stunning. Lenny our host and owner was quite simply the best host one could wish for! Nothing was too much trouble.

Perfect location with stunning view. It's gem amongst all the several resorts and 5 Star hotel options on Koh Phangan. Lenny (calls himself "your luxury concierge") goes the extra mile to make sure you are having a perfect stay. The villa is at a great location overlooking the sea. EVERYTHING is in the villa that you need for a pleasant stay. Out of all the villas of the community - definitely one of the best locations. Nice and quiet, secluded. Haad Salad,one of the very nice beaches on Phangan super closed by. Highly recommend staying here.

Awesome Place! The House and the view is really great! And as long as you stay you have Lenny! Lenny is the landlord and he is very suppotive and caring and nice and simply a great guy. He helps you with everything. Taxi, Ferry, where to get, what to eat, Rent a car or bike. He really is a Bonus on top of that awesome accommodation!

“Our stay was unforgetable”

The stay at the villa was incredible! Firstly, the villa itself is comfortable to stay in, the double rooms very spacious and the view made us speechless every single day 😍 The design of the whole villa is just beautiful. The villa is located on a hill, thus you need to rent a scooter, which you need anyways to get around the island. However, the villa also organises a small car up the villa until 6pm. What we really appreciated was that the scooters were delivered to our villa and that the villa was connected to a pizza restaurant and thai restaurant from which you can order food to the villa. During our one week stay, the house was cleaned in the middle of our stay, which was very nice. Lenny was very helpful and always answered immediately when we needed any help or recommendation. Additionally, he organized our transfer to the villa and back to the ferry. Thank you so much! We had an incredible time 🙏😊

“Magnificent villa with stunning sunsets”

Lenny was a superb host and helped with a lot of good tips, was always available if we had questions and also helped to organise transportation (scooter and taxi). The villa itself is super nice, has everything you need and is very spacious. The pool and the seating area outside are amazing and you will experience the most stunning sunsets from there every evening. Can 100% recommend to stay there.

We come to the island at least 2times a year and experienced many indifferent properties on the island but this villa is much much more than you can expect. Host is super friendly and always very helpful. You will find there everything you need to spend your memorable vacation.

“Good place in the hills that one should visit!”

The Asian Flair Villa is a wonderful place. The 3 bedroom house with a panoramic pool wad made with love: the space is filled with some specific interior design decoration items that make it very unique. The location is nice - it’s a quiet place situated in the bay luxury villas complex, right on the hills. You can use free delivery from nearby restaurants - The Flow, Locco’s. Very convenient if you just want to relax at the villa all day long. The manager was very responsible and pampered us with sweets and fruits - oh, it was really cute, thank you!

The Villa is very comfortable for couples with/w.o. kids, rooms are large, bright and well furnished. The Villa is located in Bay Villas secure complex with parking. Salad beach in two minutes by bike. Lenny, the owner of villa is absolutely lovely person❤️❤️❤️ He took care of us like a close friend. Lenny, we wish you the best guests, you are super!!!
