Really nice family home. Great location near to the center, very clean, warm/cosy and all the facilities we could need. We had to leave early in the morning but the host still made us breakfast and left it out for us for when we left. Highly recommend a stay here.

This is a great place to rest and make arrangements to Song-Kul. The hostess speaks good english and can arrange a driver to the lake and a yurt where to stay. House is new and the rooms are big and bright. Breakfast is great with a wiew to mountains.

“Hosts that go above and beyond”

Peri went above and beyond to look after us and was also very helpful in booking additional excursions (Song Kol horse trek). I was very sick and she even brought me medication. We really appreciated the time she put in. Her home was lovely, warm and welcoming, with lots of flowers and even some sweet birds. I'm sad I missed her breakfast but my partner really enjoyed it as well.

Great stay! Good location, near the supermarket where you can stock up on food&water and plenty of dining options nearby. Host was friendly and very helpful. She helped us arrange private transport between Bishkek - Kochkor - Son Kol at a decent price.

The kindness and helpfulness here is top notch. The room is spacious and clean, as is the bathroom. Excellent breakfast. Excellent value for money. The location is just a short walk from the town center.

Very nice host and helpful with everything we asked. Laundry service (300 soms). Super cozy and comfortable room. Filtered water in all the house (!). Good breakfast in a glass terrace.

Wonderful rooms in a large family home. The space was exactly as shown in the photos, very large rooms with lots of privacy, space, and use of a bathroom shared only with guests. Fast wifi, lovely breakfast, a few minutes walk from the center of Kockor, great communication, laundry available etc. The host was very helpful with everything we needed. We stayed twice and would definitely stay again.

“Nice and lovely stay near the city centre of Kochkor”

Very big rooms. On a quiet location (5 minutes walk from the city centre). Splendid view on the mountain while having an excellent breakfast. We could park our car inside. We had a flat battery with our car; the lady of the guesthouse arranged some help. Thank you. Very good communication. A lovely and helpful family. We would stay here again.
