“Everything perfect”

On my second trip to Okay House in Kobuleti, I was astounded to find it even more welcoming than the first. Upon arrival, I was greeted like a long-lost family member with hospitality so warm and genuine—something rare in today’s world Spending time here among some of the kindest people I’ve met was truly an honor. I enjoyed genuine friendships and generosity from a wonderful mix of Ukrainian, Turkish, and South American guests, creating a charming international family atmosphere. Unfortunately, one guest, Valentin (whose review is visible on the listing), briefly disrupted this harmony. Despite my efforts to assist him—including spending two hours helping with his career—he felt a delusional entitlement to others’ food and company, got heavily intoxicated for the second time (the first time leaving him hysterically drunk and sick), and created an embarrassing scene one evening after feeling excluded from a group. His manipulative behavior affected only one other person, thankfully. My advice to Valentin: embrace humility, own your actions, grow from the experience, and work on clear English communication—as a self-proclaimed writer, stringing sentences together would help! Once he left, Okay House returned to its magical, toxicity-free vibe—the most friendly and nurturing spot in Kobuleti. Highly recommend for anyone seeking authentic Georgian hospitality by the Black Sea. Stayed March 2026

“Familial !”

Narguiz is a lovely and really kind woman, she take care of everything, like a mom, and the accomodation is nice for this cheap price ! Close to Black Sea and cutty dogs front of the door, what a charming family place !

“Best place to stay at the Georgian cost”

If you wanna discover south cost of Georgia this is a place to use as a base. Very cheap and well located, nice garden and kitchen.

Owner Nalgiza and her sons Gotcha and his wife and daughters were so kindly to us.We often invited they’re coffee time and dinner. And my children has joined their calm time. Cost performance is so good.

Very cheap and good quality hostel. Host is very friendly and kind hearted. Changed my opinion about Georgia in general.

Friendly and welcoming

“Friendly owner, close to the sea, a social guest house with lots if interesting guests.”

Friendly owner who invited us for tea, fresh bread and honey around the fireplace some evening, made us feel at home.

The price was very good .They are very kind people and invited us for newyear lunch.The house is really close to sea.

This place was really near to the sea, bathroom and rooms were really clean Also the staff were so much kind and friendly I feel that im in my own home and every where smell so good and narguiz was amazing and the kindest women i ever seen she wass incredible women very welcoming and generous I love this place and i recommend it 100%

Very welcoming family, shared some self-made cheese and bread, made us feel like home. Nice community space where you can hang out and meet people. A lot of friendly cats and dogs around.

“Great place and people”

I loved staying at OK House. Nargisa is the best and it was great to see her every day. Everyone else that lived there were really friendly, and after a month we all became friends. The area is really quiet and close to the beach, for some beautiful sunset walks.
