“Good location, clean and comfortable.”
Really good location. Close to stations. Lively streets around us but still quiet in the rooms. Great sanctuary from the typhoon!

Excellent location and friendly staff. Nice room with a great view on the city, especially at night. Many restaurants for Kobe beef within walking distance and the staff gave us good recommendations. In the evening there is free ice cream available in the lobby - a nice bonus.

“Nice place to stay”
Great location. Comfortable size room. Good amenities. Nice view of Kobe from our window. Easy check in and check out processes. Good lounge area and WiFi.

“Great location”
Had a very comfortable stay at this hotel. The location was excellent, just a short walk from the metro, which made getting around very convenient. There were lots of tourist attractions, restaurants, and shopping malls around. Fresh pyjamas and skincare kits were provided by the hotel. There was also free coffee and tea, and a complementary ice cream in the evening.

“Comfortable for short stay”
Great location, easy to walk from Sannimoya station. Lots of good restaurants and cafes nearby. Walking distance to all attractions. Ironing room on our floor.

“Great base for exploring Kobe, but mind the room size”
Kobe is hands-down the best city for families with toddlers (ages 1-4) in the Kansai and Chubu regions. The seaside views are lovely, and the ropeway offers breathtaking scenery that the kids enjoyed. The hotel is located about a 10-minute walk from Sannomiya Station, which is very manageable, and the nearby food streets are fantastic for dining.

Great location, very near JR/subway, tourists spots, shopping malls. Hotel facilities are quite new. Bathroom is very big, but it would be better if sleeping space is bigger.
