“Wish it had been better”
Good: it’s very close to the station Not good: in the first room I slept in, the mattress was so worn and old that I felt the springs in my back. So I moved to the other side, which was so hard that I woke up several times during the night and had pain in my lower back upon getting up. When I went to the reception to request a different room with above explanation, I was told “all beds are the same”, and the only option was a bigger room which I had to pay 2200 yen extra for. I understand that an upgrade requires more money, but the first room was not worth what I’d paid and I feel I received insufficient compassion from the staff. Furthermore, the fridge was so strong that when I took out my food the next morning everything was frozen solid (even though I’d put the strength of the fridge on 2 out of 7) and I had to throw everything away. Although I slept better in the second room (even though the mattress was still hard), this was not the experience I had hoped it would be.

Very convenient location near the station. The room was quite clean, with excellent facilities. Would highly recommend for business travellers.

“Convenient location”

The location is very good. The nearest station is just 5 mins walk and there are plenty of restaurants around. The front desk could communicate in English.

“Perfect for a short stay in Kobe, in a very convenient area of the city.”
I personally like this hotel for its slightly ild fashion style. We had a simple, short stay, and the room was comfortable. It was easy to find the parking and the staff members have been very helpful.
