“Couldn’t be worse — absolute nightmare. A disgrace to Japanese hospitality.”
Nothing to like about this hotel: everything is poor, unhygienic, nightmare! Staffs are not helping to solve the problems when you raise one to them, what they know is only rejecting you and pretending they don't understand the Japanese translation on the Google translate. Worst hotel in Japan! I am a traveller with 20 years of experience across the world, and I can honestly say this hotel is absolutely not worth what you pay for. I’ve visited Japan many times and never met such terrible service. This hotel is a disgrace. Save yourself the pain — avoid at all costs!

“Welcoming and superb for a short stay”
Good location within easy access of the subway. Room was clean and functional, exactly what we expected. Breakfast was very good. We made use of the washing machines whilst we were there which was a bonus. Plenty of places to eat around the hotel and convenience stores within a 2 minute walk.

A professional and welcoming hotel that is easy to travel to from the centre of Kobe. We made use of the washing machines and tumble driers as we were well into our trip and everything came out clean and warm. There is a decent all night café across the road if you arrive late. The breakfast was filling and bright.

“Amazing, definitely would stay again”
Near train station, quiet neighbourhood. For interested people McDonald on the ground floor. Room was really nice and bigger than most of the hotel rooms. It's a bit far from centrum of Osaka, but if you don't mind travel, go for it.
