the location is not very far from the main station, the hot bath is a pretty good plus the room is abit small but i think this is normal for most single room hotels all around japan

The hotel’s location is super convenient—just under a 10-minute walk from Sannomiya Station, which made getting around really easy. Plus, there’s a Lawson right behind the hotel, perfect for quick snacks or essentials (less than 5 minutes away!). I especially loved that there’s an onsen inside the hotel—such a relaxing way to end the day. The room was spacious and comfortable, and check-in/check-out was smooth and hassle-free. Thanks for making my stay in Kobe a memorable one. Would definitely come back!

The room was comfortable and it was nice to use the public bath. The staff at check in was helpful to change our room to non smoking.

The hotel is in a very convenient location, with nearby convenience stores, close to Sanomiya station. Like various types of pillows to choose from.

Even though it was a little old the hotel did have its own public bath. Everything was clean and the staff was friendly.

Hotel room is clean and spacious with 2 double beds that can accommodate family of 2 adults 2 children. Location is great, less than 10 min walk to Sannomiya station with lots of restaurants and shops and direct bus. Amenities are self served at the lobby floor and choices of pillows placed next to the elevator on each floor. I did get a more cushioned pillow that is very comfortable to sleep with. Front staff is friendly and they instructed us to check in and coin exchange at the self served computer. The artificial onsen is great and helped cleared the tiredness after traveling the whole day. Overall, I'm satisfied and highly recommend the hotel.

“1N stay in Green Rich”

Our first experience in public onsen in Green Rich Hotel! The staff tries to be as helpful as possible. Breakfast is only basic stuff. I won't complain much for that price I'm paying. There are selection of pillows for individual preference.
