“Excellent accommodation that made our stay in Slovenia most enjoyable”
The apartment is spacious, clean and very well equipped. We found that the living room/kitchen area stays comfortably cool during the heat of summer. You just need to remember to close the outside shutters. The bathrooms are of a high spec with walk-in showers, which we loved. You just need to get used to the sliding doors of both bathrooms and the lack of locks. (Just pull the rope towards you to indicate the bathroom is in use.) There is a large outside terrace we used all the time to enjoy our meals or just sit and read our books. The apartment is right in the centre of Kobarid, so you can expect to find yourself in a built-up area. The terrace does look out on other buildings so you don't have unlimited views. But this does mean that you have all facilities you may need (supermarket, restaurants - the Hisa Polanka is highly recommended!, etc) nearby. As the apartment is right in the centre of Kobarid, it can be a bit noisy with traffic and people sitting outside the ice cream parlour or café next door. However, you do get used to it and they all close by 11pm anyway. You may also need to get used to the church bells that start chiming each morning at 7am......

A brilliant house, very helpful hosts and a beautiful place. If coming to Kobarid I couldn't recommend this house more, I have been to Kobarid 5+ times and this is the best place I have ever stayed. I couldn't recommend it enough :)

“Excellent, high standard stay”
Such warm and welcoming hosts! The property was of such a high standard and yet still felt really comfortable. A perfect spot to enjoy the area from, we wish we could have stayed longer!
