The place was very modern and well equipped. The view was amazing. Mike gave us really great tips about the area for example places to see and eat. (It's better to stay more nights)

The host is very kind, the room is large, clean and very comfortable. The shared kitchen is very useful and you also have table inside and outside the room.

Mike is adorable and full of great recommendations for hikes, restaurants, visits, etc. near Kobarid and all around Slovenia! Everything was very clean and each room is absolutely lovely with its own theme. Its easy to park there and the location is perfect for amazing hikes.

- I love this part of Slovenia very much (mountains, nature, not that touristic) - balcony! We arrived at the accommodation much later than we had expected, due to a prior dinner. Mike, the host, was very kind to wait up for us to check us in. The surrounding area is stunning!

“A short stay”

The room was very nice and clean. The host seemed friendly and accommodating. The value for money is good, the other places we looked at were more expensive. We liked it for a short stay, it looked modern inside and had everything we needed for one night.

The room was really clean and the location is great. The view from the window is magnificent and the morning coffee on the terrace is just amazing. Mike was the perfect host, he was helpful and ready to suggest all the great places to visit.

Mike is one of the best hosts I have ever met. He welcomes you with a friendly smile and genuine hospitality and lot of suggestions what to visit around. He knows every corner of Slovenia so don't hesitate to ask for an advice. The apartment is new, cozy and clean and there is also shared kitchen outside the room. The area of countryside is quiet with a beautiful view. With Mike's delightful morning coffee, the balcony becomes the best place for the reading. It was a pleasure, Mike! “Confortable room, kind hosts at a fair price”

The apartment was as clean as can be and very well furnished. The location is in the very quiet countryside, just outside of Kobarid, where you can find everything you need and activites around the Soča river. There is a parking spot. Our hosts Mike and Ludmila were really kind and helpful, providing us with the confort we needed and the directions of places for sightseeing nearby. Even though we only stayed overnight, Mike brought us a delicious homemade coffee in the morning before our departure ! I highly recommend this guest room and will surely come back !

I tried to find something fast with private bathroom. When we saw first time this room, we were positively surprised. It is like new. The bathroom is solid (nothing moves that shouldn't) and clean. Room size is good too. It looks better than rooms that we paid much more. Host is friendly and know a lot about places near this hotel. There are many beautiful places in that area that impressed us more than Munich or Venice. I will definitely want to come back to this place in the future.
