The owner of the property organises rafting and canooying as well, so just arrival we went for rafting which was a great idea. The room has it's own small kitchen and a patio. The location is quiet and close to the river Soca and local bars with a private car park.

Great, spacious apartment with air conditioning. Great location in beautiful town, Kobarid. Also an adventure centre so direct access to rafting and canyoning, which we loved. They have superb guides and provide all equipment and clothing. Sad to leave, will definitely recommend

A good place for a short stay. The hosts are nice people. The beds are comfortable, and the kitchen is minimal. To be honest, we didn't even need to use it since there are plenty of restaurants just 20 meters from the apartments. Located in the center of Kobarid town. Nearby are cafés, ice cream shops, a war museum, and the Kobarid Historical Trail. Everything is within walking distance. We used the hotel's rafting service and weren't disappointed. We had a wonderful experience, great emotions, and an amazing guide - Jara.

“Perfect stay in the Soča Valley”

Spacious, neat apartment in the centre of Kobarid, set back off the road with free parking. Comfortable for our family of 5 with a good kitchen and dining area. Restaurants and market are just a few minutes walk away. Loads to do in the Soča Valley. Very friendly and helpful hosts who also run rafting trips, which are excellent. Our guide, Tomaž, made us feel safe and was super fun, our kids absolutely loved it!

Very spacious appartment, with all you need. Parking lot next to the building is a great benefit. Nice owner, provided helpful information. Some guests complain about church bells and the crowing of a rooster ... remember Kobarid is very nice mountain VILLAGE, and church and rooster are natural part of it! :-) Highly recommended!

“Sleek, modern apartment in Kobarid”

Super location in Kobarid, convenient for the Soca gorge, but hidden off the street in an enclosed courtyard so very quiet. Apartment very sleek and modern - quite minimalist - with great sunbathing terrace just outside, complete with super electric blind for partial shade. Very efficient air-conditioning, surprisingly quiet. Owners very friendly, spoke excellent English, happy to give tips on where to go.

We had a double with a kitchenette here and it was perfect for an overnight stay. One room with the bed and ensuite and another, separate room with the small kitchen in a large cupboard plus table and chairs. The space is super well designed and equipped so very spacious despite packing a lot in. There’s plenty of storage and the aircon was a godsend with temperatures over 30C the day we stayed. The bathroom is on the small side, but well equipped and the towels and water were good. Private parking right outside so you only need to carry bags 10 metres. Highly recommended.

i loved the facilities, we booked 2 apartments and they both were very comfortable. the newer apartments for 2 people is phenomenal id highly recommend. the host was also the nicest and did everything in his power to host a comfortable stay for us. there is great parking space and lots of restaurants, cafes, bars nearby.

Great host, welcoming us with a good mix of humor because our GPS could not find them. Everything was good in the apartment, I can understand the comment on the space to eat with 5, luckily we could sit outside. An very good price!

The property was ideal for us, we needed space but were not interested in self-catering as we already had a booking at a nearby restaurant. It was easy to find, the proprietor met us and was very helpful.

Superbly clean. Great quality and comfortable bedding. Fabulous to have the exterior blinds and AC in the hot and muggy weather. Nice to have the kitchenette for tea and breakfasts. Close to a very good restaurant serving local specialties. It was our group’s first time in this region and it was lovely to have two apartments side by side so we could pop over and chat.

We want to point out one of the Rafting guides called Jara. He was a funny and cool guy. The Apartment is highly recommendable.
