We had an excellent stay at this hotel in Thailand. The welcome was absolutely fantastic, and the team provided invaluable help on a daily basis, always with kindness and efficiency. Scooters can be rented directly at the hotel, which is very convenient for getting around. The breakfasts are visually stunning — beautifully presented and colorful — though they consist only of fruit and rice. The room was comfortable with a spacious bed, although it did transmit movement quite noticeably from one side to the other. We enjoyed magnificent sunrises every morning from the bungalow terrace. Overall, a wonderful experience that we highly recommend for the quality of the welcome and service.

Well located on the east side of the island with wonderful views of the sunrise every day. I really appreciated the fruits and omelette in the breakfast, also the mango sticky rice. The a/c worked perfectly and the terrasse was lovely. You can rent a scooter with the owners and boat trip to hong island is proposed.

Stunning views, great attention to detail and was very like when I hurt my back and provided me with creams and tablets to help. The breakfast was very lovely and delivered every morning.

From the moment we saw the property, and met the owner Pen, we knew we were going to enjoy our stay at Basnsuan Piyanan. The property is in a beautiful setting with views over the bay and forest/jungle. Every morning we sat on the terrace watching the beautiful sunrise and hearing the sounds of the morning bird chorus. We saw Hornbills, Kites, Eagles, sunbirds, Egrets, bluebirds and many more. Everyday by 8am we received the most magnificent, freshly prepared local breakfast. Everyday it was different with different fruits, sticky rice, roti and other things we didn’t know the name of but they were all very tasty. We hired a scooter from Pen the owner and explored the island. It was very safe with very few cars so easy to get around. Locally to the accommodation there are a few places to eat which were all very good, locally food and very reasonable priced. It is a very quiet place so not the place to come if you are looking for lively night life. This suited us but may not be for everyone. The accommodation itself was very comfortable with everything you need. There was a small kitchen with a microwave, kettle and toaster which was useful if you wanted to make a snack. We loved it so much we will definitely return. Thank you Pen.

“Beautiful spot for calm and relaxed stay with very friendly hosts!”

The Bungalows are equipped with everything you need - even a little kitchen corner with Microwave and hot water kettle. It has a stunning view over the bay and you can see glimpse of the sea from the terrace. Every morning, breakfast is served with a lot of fresh fruit and juice. The host is the most friendly lady ever! I really enjoyed my stay and felt warmly welcomed. There location is just a short footwalk away from a small variety of different restaurants and cafes, the yoga camp on the other side of the road offers drop in yoga classes, there are massage options right next to the beach and if you want to do a boat trip to the Hong islands, there are a lot of offers available from the close by Pier.

Everything was perfect ! Pen were super nice. Although she didn't speak english right. She makes a lot of efforts. I had the best stay. She organised my day trip in boat at the phang nga bay. The breakfast was a 10/10 the fruits super good. Specially, the mango sticky rice :D The room is super nice with a beautiful view.

Sonya and her lovely family are the kindest hosts ready to arrange what you ask for - transportation or early breakfast. The bungalow was nice and clean and the aircondition silent. An extra plus was the big wodden terrace and the magnificent view to the ocean. We would love to come back. Henrik and Anne, Denmark

“Great stay”

The location, view, cleanliness, and responsiveness of the owner are excellent. While the bungalows are not directly on the beach, a five-minute walk takes you to a beach, at least 3-4 restaurants, and a liquor store, which is quite rare for Koh Yao Noi. The best swimming beach, even during low tide, is accessible within a 20-minute walk. The bungalow itself is spacious with a lovely veranda, and breakfast is served on a tray in a very charming way, decorated with flowers, though it is a bit repetitive.

We loved everything about our stay! This place is absolutely beautiful. The bungalows are spacious, tastefully decorated, and impeccably clean. The view from the bungalow is breathtaking, with nature all around—it truly felt like paradise. “Perfect stay to reconnect with nature”

Amazing stay ! The place was extremely clean and big, fully equipped, had cute breakfast, a stunning view and a very kind host. I wanted to rent a bike and they found one for me in 5 minutes ! There are restaurants and shops at walking distance.

The best stay in Thailand. The lady who runs the accommodation is very nice and helpful. Breakfast was everyday day different but very delicious. House was super clean and much better look than on pictures. And of course the view with terrace is the best thing there. Definitely I would comeback!

The property was perfect, so clean and fully stocked with everything we needed, and the hosts were super accommodating, welcoming and friendly, helping us with any problems straight away, including booking us a taxi when needed. “Harmony and peace in Yao Noi”

Beautiful wooden chalet with a huge terrace, overlooking the sea and green landscapes everywhere around you. In between lots of sea eagles, hornbills, butterflies and others.. you can literally follow how they manage their daily life. Unique breakfast setting with new surprises every day and a great hospitality too. You won’t regret staying there. Scooter recommended!

I stayed in no1...Top class fixtures and fittings. Spotlessly clean. Exceptional breakfast delivered to your door each morning...fresh fruit sticky rice, coffee, all home made/prepared. Scooter delivered literally within 2mins of enquiring! Just absolutely outstanding staff and accommodation.....I can't say enough about this place. I've been traveling for 3 months and this came out of nowhere and is by far the best I've stayed in!!

BAANSUAN PIYANAN is a real gem . We strongly advise everyone to stay at this place. The frontline bungalows are brand new and impeccable. The Seaview is breathtaking. Watching the sunrise and wildlife is a wonderful experience while eating your unique and well taken care of breakfast on your porch . The owner is super kind and creates immediately a home feeling.
